Hey loves, so this is my UPDATED hair growth routine after heat damaging my hair. I tend to change my routine based on what I’m focusing on at the moment and right now it’s growth and repair. Lmk if you have any questions. 🤍
If u add pure baobab powder into your smoothies or fresh juices and take it with your vitamins, your skin will begin to glow. It's so amazing for vitamin c and skin. 👌🏽
Thanks Victoria your hair videos and your other videos. I have started the program and I will keep you posted. I will be ordering some items from your website.
Thank you 🥹🫶🏽 you sure can but it does make your hair super moisturized and soft. I wouldn’t want to make the braids slip. But I’ve used it while my hair was in goddess twists and didn’t have a problem. 🫶🏽🤍
@VictoriaVictoria Thank you for taking the time to make this video!!! 🥹🫶🏾 how often do you get trims? And I know that other TH-camrs who focus on hair growth videos etc..talk about leaving the hair alone and up in protective styles. Do you recommend protective styles? Like would I still see results even if I leave my hair out everyday? Hope my second question makes sense lol..
Hello sis 🙋🏽♀️You, your hair, and your personality are all absolutely stunning. Question - do you rinse your hair in hot, warm, or cold water? Curious if you’ve seen if the water temperature adds to drying your hair out? Or if temperature helps with ensuring scalp cleanliness? helps with your hair volume? or movement? Thanks 🙏
Thank you! I always use a “Wet Brush” I would have never realized until you just asked that I rarely ever use a comb anymore. I do use a soft, thin bristle brush on my edges/baby hairs. 🤍
I used to wear weaves in the very beginning and it just pulled my hair out and I had to start all over again. My hair is so delicate when it comes to styling. When I finally stopped weaves and braids it took about 4 years to achieve this length. I love that I started my journey in this channel because it’s all documented. 🫶🏽🤍
Thank you for your inspirational video. Your hair looks phenomenal! My question to you is if I have 2 C fine curls will your serum be too heavy for my hair and weigh it down even after washing it the next day?
@tanyapluckrose2919 OMG I just went you your channel and your curl pattern is gorgeous 😍. The serum wont weigh your hair down at all if you rinse it out. It’s very light and a little goes a long way. You only need a few dropper fulls to cover the entire scalp. 🤍
I would maybe check for an allergy. I’ve never had itching so this kinda worries me. I’ve had itching from the gel from the plant before I learned how to properly remove the gel…Are you using directly from the plant or the juice?
Girl, this hair routine goes out the window on vacation 😂 I still cowash my hair in the morning but it’s because I want my hair to look fresh. Recently went out the country and go-washed every morning but the oils and ACV rinse stayed at home with everything else 😂
(Hair goals) Iam going to try the apple cider vinegar on my hair next, I do use two hair oils which is called Tropic Isle Living oil and Doo Gro Mega Thick oil. Both work for my hair, my hair is almost near my back. I can't wait to rock it big and curly.
Thank you! Yes, I have a ton of questions: 1. after the aloe vera + conditioner: you don't rinse that out ? And then you let it air dry with all that conditioner on it? 2. When you say you co-wash your hair (daily), you mean that basically you do this whole sequence (1.ACV, 2.co-wash, 3.aloe, 4.conditioner, 5.air dry) - not just the first step ? 3. In this 5 - step procedure you are basically using conditioner twice (2. Wash it out, 4. Leave it in). Is that because your hair needs that much? If I l let conditioner in, my haue would be hanging down all dull and dirty. 4. At the begining you shortly mentioned that before starting the video you already: co-waahed, put in a bun, air dried - is that a different (shorter) routine? 5. What is shown in the video - do you do this basically every day - or you do cowashibg daily, but the rest: ACV, Aloe, conditioner sometimes? Thanks, it's hard to soak it all in. 😅
Your hair is just like my daughter's, its her crowning beauty! 👑💖How do you sleep with it at night? My daughter cannot sleep unless its tied up otherwise she wakes up choking. ( Her bamboo wrap fall off. )
Thank you so much. Beautiful I would like to know where did you get your spray bottles.. are there glass spray bottles and also the spray you spray on your face in the shower for the dry skin
My pleasure! I got mine off Amazon. They’re plastic but now I want glass now that you’ve mentioned it..how cute would that be? And I spray the Watermelon glow mist on my face. It’s my fave! Instant glow. I get it from Ulta or SEPHORA. 🤍
Could the Amazon and Walmart price difference be explained by the Amazon product being three gallon sized jugs of actual Aloe Vera GEL and the Walmart product is one gallon but it is not gel but Aloe Vero DRINK?
I do. You are for sure supposed to rinse out but I don’t. I just cowash it out the next morning. I’ve actually been doing this for about 3 mos now after I got a silk press that badly damaged my hair 😭 and it’s helped so much. But I’m not suggesting you leave it in your hair at all. This is just what I’m doing for my hair for the moment and I love the results. I typically use the Shea Mositure JBCO conditioner only. 🤍
Yes it does, a lot of my friends are relaxed and follow this routine minus the daily co-wash. They still scalp massage weekly and use a cleansing rinse vs shampoo. 🤍
What shampoo would u recommend for me 4c I’m currently using the Jamaican black Castro oil shampoo from shea moisture it has perpermint Castro and apple cider vinegar
I think that’s the same one I use for my son. It say stretches and restore with ACV. I love it. I use it on my hair too after I go swimming and want to get the chlorine out. 🤍
Your hair is long and has a loose curl pattern. Are you mixed? Or just Black? This is important to know whether the same steps would have a positive impact on someone that’s Black or not.
I cowash just about every morning and scalp massage just as much the night before. I use the ACV rinse about twice a month and toggle with the Camille Rose Cleansing rinse. 🤍
@@feliciaglover1 Heyyy Felicia! (I low key enjoyed saying that 😂) but no, beautiful. At least not in my experience and I’ve been using it for years. I have low porosity hair too. As well as my son. 🤍
I’ve been trying this method on a friend who has alopecia. She’s been using the oils on the bald areas and all over her scalp and has def noticed significant regrowth. Then we added clove and had a set back so we pulled it. Now we’re back to the original oils and we’re not giving up. We began to add aloe from the plant as a mask and so far so good. I’m hoping to make a video on this for my alopecia girlies so long as we continue to see positive results. 🤍
Heya. Quick question. After applying the oil solution in stage one. Is it necessary to rinse them off the next day or can someone leave the oil in for days ???
I always do aloe whether I’m wearing it curly or straight. I’m OBSESSED with aloe. When I wear it straight I just spray the aloe in my hair and detangle with conditioner then rinse it out. It makes my hair so soft. And yes, I also rinse out all conditioner before straightening and make sure to deep condition before. 🤍

Hi. Thank you for this very informative video and the visual really helped me as well. My question is what kind of conditioner would you use if you didn’t use the Olaplex? I don’t have heat damage, so I need to know a conditioner you would recommend for someone without heat damage. Thank you
