Currently recovering from my first DNF! I made it to 38 miles and had to drop from the Devils Gulch 50 miler in Washington state. It was still a great day and I can’t wait to put all my lessons to use and try again at the 50 mile distance.
I'm loving your Strava group and the community you guys are building! I always look forward to listening to the new episodes podcast when I run. Thanks for inspiring me to start running 200s with your incredible journey completing the Grand slam of 200s. I just finished Cocodona 250 back in May and I am looking forward to running my 3rd 200, Summit 200 on Monday! Keep up the incredible work and thanks for the Strava shout out in the episode! 💛💛💛
Awesome podcast! You mentioned Niklas Steinbrunner at 31:00, dude is the nicest person that you will ever meet and runs 100+ miles every week! He has a 200 miler this weekend- wish him luck all! Thanks Sally!
Another great episode…. I love my normatec boots! I put them on for an hr after a long run or just when I feel like I need them and fall asleep. Double recovery! My 9 yr old loves them too! I’m glad you mentioned ice baths bc I was doing them right after my long runs.
SORRY EDDIE! But I agree with Sally--Donuts are TOP of the podium for recovery!😁Sleep and walking/active recovery also made the podium for me too. God bless the journey (up into the mountains!), Megan 💛🙏💛🙏 Ps. so happy for the giveaway winners, but here crying on my bike trainer that I wasn't one of them, lol! 😇
I’m laughing at the part when Eddies talking about the hashtags then we go into a the 2025 trail adventure. I can see it all over his face 😂 #eddiedoesFKT 😂

How can I get Eddie to pace me at Across The Years for a few laps.... that would be so awesome
depends on how far these laps are, haha!
@@choosestrongpodcast 2 laps = 5k that fulfills his current daily goal beast mode.
