How to Make Coconut Lumber in the Philippines.

A day of cutting down coconuts and making lumber for our self's. They have a different way of doing this. We cut down 11 trees on our property to make our bridge forms for our concrete that we pored. I saved the saw dust for my gardens. Works very well for mulch. Coconut lumber rots very fast in the tropics so its only good for supports. thanks for watching.

I never saw this before. I thought coconut was too fibrous to be used as lumber, very interesting. The person using the saw was very skillful.
