- "Brut de rushs" is a short video web-series that shows rushs from the Acoustics working group (CNRS / Notre-Dame de Paris) and its missions in the cathedral.
A video dive in the heart of the acoustic work site of a damaged cathedral to follow its acoustic repairs.
Integrated into the Acoustics working group of the scientific "Chantier Notre-Dame CNRS", an audiovisual team follows the scientists' missions with an onboard camera. Regularly, a video documentation is structured around the evolutionary work of this team in the cathedral, in the laboratories and on peripheral missions. "Brut de rushs" is a web series organized in episodes which gives visibility to the scientific project by proposing short video capsules (2 minutes) on a particular point of research. Distributed on social networks and broadcast platforms, this approach aims to produce and disseminate quickly while the research progresses. Without commentary and voice-over, the focus is given to the field and the scientific atmosphere of the work of the 2 laboratories that are the Maison des Sciences de l'Homme Lyon St-Etienne (CNRS) and the Institut Jean Le Rond d'Alembert (Sorbonne University). Each time the teams return, thematic episodes will be proposed to try communicate the daily life of this research, its evolution and the scientific acoustic stakes of this exceptional site.
Come and listen to Notre-Dame de Paris.
