Besides the financial aspect of acquiring and renting out a property, the management side of it is by far the more important issue. You would be dealing with the livelihood of your tenant, and it is not an easy task. Not many people are cut-out to be a landlord.

Now if you had more than 2 properties, the 3rd property onwards which you buy, you cannot get a 90% loan from the banks.Banks will only give you a 70% loan. So sir, what's your advise or recommendations to overcome this restrictions?
