A lot of people sleep on the zook 450, the ergos are good bike is super skinny and the power is super broad shame it wasnt in the big and tall shoot out
@karldogg9481 because its another bike silly, thats like saying why would you put the husky and the gasgas, since they are just a red and white ktm, variety is variety...
My oldest son just purchaced the 2024 450 yamaha, really likes it.but at 145 lbs, even at A-class riding/racing ability its just a tad stiff for him so we are going to try just a spring change first an see how that works before doing any valving changes. This will be his 3rd 450 yammie(19,21&24 yr models)and they have been better each year.He rode the 450 ktm in 2020 an neither one of my sons cared for the air fork,it was a good bike aswell, just couldnt justify the price of a set of cone valve forks so he ended up selling it to get another blue one.
Interesting 🤔 , Thanks for the information . Now I can make a better choice . I used to ride 500 2-strokes because of my larger size . Tell my friends it was a 250 so they would challenge me . They didn't like getting roosted . 😅 So I will have to try a 450F . 😊
How long were you guys running motos on each bike? I'm curious about the level of fatigue for a +220lb guy on the YZ vs the KX. So many say the YZ will rip your arms out, but most of them are under 200lbs. Assuming a +220lb vet rider can ride 30 min motos, which bike was more comfortable for the long haul? At +220, did the YZ get to you, or would you consider it manageable at our size?
I was not forced to pick the Yamaha. It was really close. All the bikes are good and I would be happy on any one of them if it was setup for me. I thought about it as if I was going to buy a bike from the dealer what bike would be the best starting point for me and it is the Yamaha. That’s why it got first in the shootout.
Best video - for a guy as myself at 6.4 its perfect with these!
The new KX450 is absolutely amazing, definitely one of the best bikes I've ridden. Has no issues getting my 230 pound self around the desert.
Thanks again for this video as a fellow big guy myself I really value your insight on new bikes
I love these. Thx for doing them.
Love seeing big dude mx videos👍
My '22 YZF 450 fits my 6'9" 205lbs self very well.

I’m a big guy I’m just short 😂 love my 2021 kx450 but wish I had longer legs. I want to try a husky with it’s lowered suspension just for this reason.
You should. I bet you would like it.
Throttle Syndicate reppin for the big guys!!
👊

Why are these guys reviewing bikes ? 🤔
Another terrible video by swapmoto rim licking yamaha
Don’t expect anything else
What are you talking about? They said the KX was the best bike for tall riders...
