- Kullamannen by UTMB "Heaven, Sea & Hell" is a beautiful and challenging 100 miles race in the south of Sweden. The race starts in the town of Båstad and finish in the little village Mölle at Kullaberg.
2022 I was a tough year fo me with injuries and lack of motivation. My unlikely UTMB finish brought back some motivation and I decided to sign up for Kullamannen again. My main goal was to keep a steady pace from start to end and finish in style, something I never managed before.

I think it was between 5-10 degrees

That is a good question. Regular, gold, diamond. After that I’m not sure 🤔
What does gold and diamond mean? Is that the number of times you finish?
@@pezdacandyboi exactly. After 3 finishes you get a golden ring and after 5 a diamond ring
What’s up with the nose breathing?
I used it to control my pace. If I was not able to breath through mu nose then I was running to fast. This was very efficient and easy way to pace myself which I never managed before. Game changer 👊

Fantastisk film och riktigt imponerande vilka kliv du tar när det gäller story telling och editing. Magiskt. Hade du en grov plan för storyn redan innan loppet?
Tack det var verkligen kul att höra. Sprang mkt själv och fångade inte många berättelser under loppet. Fick bygga storyn i efterhand med bland annat lite berättarröst (aldrig gjort tidigare). I brist på material från slutet fick jag klippa in lite gamla bilder på barnen osv. Glad att jag lyckades få ihop en film 👍
@@MarcusKjellberg De gamla snuttarna från när du sprang med barnen gav ju extra krydda till filmen. Trodde det var ett genidrag och inte utfyllnad.
