Minmaxing is such a colossal pain... I just get happy if I land 2 META lines for a particular equipment. The massive hassle I have to put up with if I want something specific is not worth it FOR ME.
I used around 120 blue OL crystals and my Rapi was very kind to me, she gave me: All 4 pieces with: Elemental %, Attack%, Ammo roll on all of my pieces. 2 of them are blue line rolls, 1 on Attack% & 1 Elemental dmg. On the various pieces. Got all her skills on 10 & the doll is maxed out. Sadly im now gemless so i cant gun for MLB, but shes guuud! :)

Anomaly Interception gives better drops than EX even at stage 1. To get Elysion T9 gear is a pain in the ass due to RNG but you'll eventually get it or you can buy T9M kits (1 piece of your choice) in the cash shop if you're desperate or frustrated waiting days, weeks or even months just for a full set.

It's ~6.4% to just roll 2nd slot Attack, or about 47 rocks. If no one's ever made a simulator, let me know and I'll do it. If anyone wants me to double check my math, feel free.

Not only you have 50% and 30% for 2nd and 3rd line, but they also can disappear with next reroll, not to mention that rocks gain is so damn low. SU should have change this system to fixed 3 lines and all we would do is changing the lines we want and change the % value on lines.
If it's just the elemental line and no other good stat, I don't reset unless it's 3rd line. If it's 3rd line, I aim for 20%+. 19%+ is good (in general, i aim each line to be on average 20%). But if it's difficult to reroll (e.g. there's like other unlocked good rolls with it like 50%+ ammo / 9%+ atk, then i might settle for 15% elemental temporarily (I will minmax reset it later)) Kinda iffy but it depends on the other lines and what's my next goals are for that piece. (e.g. do i plan to perma lock it? if so, then 19%+ is good to aim. If only temp lock or there's a chance that I will roll/reset it more later, then I don't reset)

Wait I just learnt the most basic function in rerolling after all these years and have wasted countless rocks across my 2 years of playing....... Resetting attributes doesn't clear the stats; I thought it was a dud function in case you got rolls that would damage stats like ammo for S:Anis.... Man I've never once used that function and rolled away good lines thinking I can't change the percentages... I am so peeved at my ignorance.

Yes but it'll cost more custom modules per reroll depending on how many lines are locked.
