In the very early stage I was happy when I walked, gradually I saw more and more irregularities. I recognized the high quality on this channel and just followed the instructions, the constant progress further motivates me. I'm not obsessed with the problem, but I'm constantly trying to improve. We can always do better for efficiency and to avoid later problems with muscles and joints. Thank you for making it possible for us and thus increasing the quality of life. Have a nice week.
I’m 4 1/2 years post stroke and still making gains on improving my gait, getting stronger also, never give up, for some recovery is a lifelong process. Thank you Dr Tobias your videos have been invaluable to me and they have improved my life immensely.
Thank you for all your videos! I am six months post, a severe stroke, and when I finally woke up two months later, I realized I had to wrap the in both feet for the first time. You have taught me that my balance may be affected by the neuropathy. I am still in a wheelchair because I have poor balance, but I am able to walk with a walker and with assistance and supervision and with two walking sticks I would like more videos and exercises and information about neuropathy in the feet. Thank you very much!
🏆🙏🤗🇺🇲 To rehab my torn meniscus in my good knee, I've been in therapy several weeks. B I'm able to two two sets of laying down squats in a machine with 350 pounds twenty reps, two sets, taking my time, and with my stroke affected leg, 205 pounds five reps, two sets after an hour of therapy. Thank you for sharing
I'm past my five yrear anniversary ,I'm try ing to jettison my quad caneand have begun to try to use my single point more to gain more confidence with it, i've been walking with it back and forth in my dining area, recently I spent a full day at a renaisanse fair, I was challenged by my daughter and grand daughter, had a good time watching my fearless grand daughter get on stage with some of the bag pipe groups, that night I just could not relax my back felt like it had restless leg finally I sat up andpulled my shoulders back the movement seemed to help
I'm unable to do the life part of the "shift and lift", but weight shifting and focusing on belly button over foot has greatly improved my balance and walking such as it is
how can I spur my hamstring to get more involved, I have some control of it, but not enough for the full range of movement, putting weight on my involved leg is not a problem for me.
