The process is slightly different for 2016 models onward. You must press engine start button without pressing brakes (accessory mode) but then you must immediately press it again to turn the vehicle off competley, and then hold windshield wiper wand down for 3 seconds. Page 229 in my 2017 cmax user manual for reference.
Wow, way to be specific! To install it requires an extra step from just removing it. You have to first align the bottom part, or the wings, THEN you can push down on the upper part where he just pushed on it to take it off. This video was no help in installing new wipers, just removing them. Why would you just show you pushing up to remove them knowing that’s not how you install new ones??
Standard wipers do not have this type of attachment, and I can find nowhere that sells the identical thing. How do you adapt a wiper blade with normal attachment to this clip and slide style? Great video, but you've only answered half the question (as your comments, below, seem to confirm. Please add a "Part 2" where you PUT THE NEW BLADE ON. (and maybe a link to where you found that attachment style of blade.... I have searched and searched.... nowhere....)
Hi mine just fit right in ... maybe you have a different model. But to make sure you get the correct ones. Take the old ones out go to the store and buy identical blades
No there are clips you push they are very tough so you might need a physical fitness course before attempting it :). Or take it to a car repair shop he'll do it for you learn from him and do them next time by yourself

Just reverse the process to install. I assumed it's simple enough to reverse
