Finally someone makes use of the ring for glasses. I have been waiting for a long time for someone to figure this out. It was so stupid to put touchpad on glasses.
Hopefully, they avoid repeating the mistakes of their predecessors: The Brilliant Frame had lackluster/terrible lenses hardware and open-source software, but it turned into a weekend project just to make it functional. Brilliant’s marketing overpromised with CGI demos that set unrealistic expectations-similar to the vibe of this video. Even Realities G1 featured great lens and display hardware, but fell short with awkward controls behind the ears and poor software. The basic dashboard, advanced translation locked behind a paywall, and lack of support for running custom LLMs were major drawbacks.
Very interested, hope you guys have some good specs. I especially hope you guys allow developers to build their own software for these glasses! Can't wait to learn more.

@@Halliday_Global It would be pretty cool to see health and fitness logging baked into the smart ring. Also, while I know it will add cost and complexity I'd really like to see speakers in your next generation glasses. It would be really nice to be able to use them to take calls or listen to music.
Is it safe to have laser beemed in your eyes. Im not trolling, i am genuinely interested as my mum is very hard of hearing and is becoming increasingly isolated.

Will it come with the ring? Is the ring included in the price or will there be an additional charge for it? Also will there be a sizing kit like how Oura ring does it? I'm Super exited about these, I own and use almost every pair of smart glasses that comes out and I can't wait to add these to my collection.
