With reference to the case law of Major Singh 1. A 7.5 month old girl would have cried ..if reaction needs to be seen. 2. Principles of Equity would say - A crime is not only against the victim but also against the conscience of the society and family members. Hence saying that crimes is not committed because sense of modesty is not developed in a 7.5 month old girl could be correct by common law but incorrect by equity law.

Aur disinterest ki definition kya hai? maine kabhi law ki kitabein nhi padhi par kya ye "disinterest" ki definition waha milegi? agar nhi hai to disinterest to kahi se bhi conclude kia ja sakta hai... even 10 me se koi agar 5 calls uthata hai and normal baat karta hai to wo... disinterest kyu nhi.

If a man and a women are in living relationship and she goes to bathroom and the boy goes to her and sees her naked which he may be seeing always ...and this time she doesnt like him seeing her like that ...can she take the defence of sec 354C ...will the person be held liable or will he will released because he always sees her naked and this time she suddenly reacted .....is the dishonest intension or consent a relevant factor here ?
As we all know....law requires evidence.....and at present time everyone drinks voluntarily so the defence of involuntary intoxication is not easy to apply....and such accused will be punished or not totally depends on the circumstances.

Involuntary intoxication is a defence but things are not as simple that you reduce them in a 1 line question and a yes or no answer would suffice.
