On one hand where you rant that Indians ain't comfortable discussing Sex or Rape, on the other hand you not even able to read out the statutory provisions relating to the offence.

Nobody in the world is comfortable discussing rape, talking openly about sex and sanitary pads is not the same as talking about rape and how it happens step by step, also i am a law teacher, there is nothing law related in that definition and its very graphic for youtube, so yes i am not comfortable explaining what all a man can do with his penis to constitute rape in graphic detail just to prove a stupid point about progressiveness
Sex and rape are not equivalent terms, this shows how much knowledge do you have.😂😂 Just because some people become lawyers, they consider themselves intellectuals and try to mock others.
And gaurav sir why are you entertaining these types of people who are not here for knowledge motive, but for attention.
Guys, Giving education to society to treat Girl in same manner as after she rapes is main point of YG. No Learned Men teach you or anyone that what is defination of Rape, it is self explanatory just read it This is not a hypocrisy this is the matter of self respect some people follow.
In the entire lecture, this is the only stuff you could observe? You really need to introspect. Criticism is appreciable but not everywhere and to everything...and even if you do criticize, there is a way to communicate things.

This is very true and the problem is in the taboo which has been created.
The grassroot reason for increased rape cases is this taboo.
I really want you to raise awareness about it because the way you speak and deliver is very influential. And to change such rigid thinking of people, influential people are needed.

Some of my friends think i am sexist 🤣 and that is why i oppose the stricter laws, so i tried to make it clear in this video that why the objective is good, but the route to reach the objective is useless.

Sir though its true ki hmare almost saare exams aapki hi badolt pass hote hain and also ye video 3 saal purana hai *BUT* I still feel that the videos you make are not stuffed with case laws and also the duration of video is not a problem but I wound have wanted you to elaborate the sections of rape as well with revelent case laws.
