For delivering items to the warehouse, you could make it so the create machines dump the items into a stash, the couriers go to a stash to pick up items from it and deliver them to the warehouse. (On the other note, the postbox allows you to request items from the warehouse)

Why mine when ores can be automated? The only worker that create can’t do is the builder, but even a schematicannon can do that if you find the schematics

the mod "Capes [Fabric/Forge]" found on curseforge might work, I didnt test it because I dont have a cape. Another one I found was "Optifine Capes", also on curseforge
You need to install optifine like mod. To that to work, you need to be in the right version of forge. I would prefer to look up to youtube for more info. (Sorry for bad English)

You can encase cogwheels with an andesite or bass casing, it allows for more compact gear ratios.
