you are both right - midori on the left is called the crazy shredder and plays the wilder solos where miyako on the right - the golden touch - plays more on the bluesy side and uses her wah pedal quite a bit. but both are equally talented and awesome. and yes jeff - drummer haruna is tiny at 4 ft. 9 in. but her nickname 'the little big engine' tells you what you need to know !

I’ll add it to my very short Lovebites list since you may have noticed I’ve only caught maybe 4 or 5 tracks total including this one, and all in reactions. I believe Miyako is on my one Lovebites t-shirt with her guitar. Next time I react to Lovebites I’ll wear it it’s a dope shirt.

Even though Lovebites truthfully isn’t my sound when it comes to rock/ metal, I’ve just never been a big metal fan my whole life more of a classic rock alternative rock guy, I do really enjoy doing the reactions to Lovebites because it’s new music to me for one, and then I’m always impressed by how technically sound the band always is, I think the lead singer is very talented, and I absolutely love the drummer Haruna, and they have dual lead guitar players, so I respect the shit out of Lovebites.

thank you for your great reaction and appreciation of the young ladies. miyako is on pro pianoplayer level. she played the piano since she was three and taught herself guitar from a book, when she was twenty. also she composes about 70% of their material. check their "swan song" with the chopin intro. and "the hammer of wrath live 2023" with new bassplayer fami.

I know the things you just listed because a few days after I made this with Kel I watched one of those “ top 5 best j rock/ metal electric guitar players “ and they had Miyako and Midori on the list so the TH-camr did a whole bio of each. I believe also on the list was of course Kanami and the lead guitar player for Nemophila.
There is only ONE song from Lovebites where Asami sings in Japanese, that is Bravehearted on their very first EP. But they released an English version on a later album so now ALL their songs are sung in English. She does sing in Japanese with her side projects. I personally prefer her singing in English. They would lose some appeal for me if she didn't.

You heard it in English I bet it was on Lovebites EP all 4 songs ended up on Awakening from the Abyss the only difference I know of is Haruna;s song Bravehearted was translated into English by Asami.

To each their own my friend. Even though Lovebites truthfully isn’t my sound when it comes to rock/ metal, I’ve just never been a big metal fan my whole life more of a classic rock alternative rock guy, I do really enjoy doing the reactions to Lovebites because it’s new music to me for one, and then I’m always impressed by how technically sound the band always is, I think the lead singer is very talented, and I absolutely love the drummer Haruna, and they have dual lead guitar players, so I respect the shit out of Lovebites.

thank you for your great reaction and appreciation of the young ladies. miyako is on pro pianoplayer level. she played the piano since she was three and taught herself guitar from a book, when she was twenty. also she composes about 70% of their material. check their "swan song" with the chopin intro. and "the hammer of wrath live 2023" with new bassplayer fami.

I know the things you just listed because a few days after I made this with Kel I watched one of those “ top 5 best j rock/ metal electric guitar players “ and they had Miyako and Midori on the list so the TH-camr did a whole bio of each. I believe also on the list was of course Kanami and the lead guitar player for Nemophila.
There is only ONE song from Lovebites where Asami sings in Japanese, that is Bravehearted on their very first EP. But they released an English version on a later album so now ALL their songs are sung in English. She does sing in Japanese with her side projects. I personally prefer her singing in English. They would lose some appeal for me if she didn't.

I’ve seen/ heard Fami last year when I did my First couple reacts to them solo if you look in the videos they are from almost two years ago. Wikipedia just had the info wrong I will pull up there website for now.

I've read lovebites has done one song in Japanese. I haven't heard it.
the song was wrote by Haruna for her first band Destrose, but Destrose disbanded and Haruna made a great gift to Lovebites first EP. You heard it in English I bet it was on Lovebites EP all 4 songs ended up on Awakening from the Abyss the only difference I know of is Haruna;s song Bravehearted was translated into English by Asami.

@Kelly Asami has a deep accent she sings every song in English except Bravehearted from the Lovebites EP that Haruna wrote later she translated to English when they added the 4 songs from Lovebites EP to Awakening from the Abyss.
Didn’t she study abroad at one point Evil is that how she picked up the English so well? I’m always very impressed at the simple fact that she sings all these songs in English, you know I’m a Band Maid fan, even Miku the leader of the Maids can really only understand some English when said to her she certainly can’t speak English like in a interview. Asami has a very full voice I’ll have to check out some of her side project stuff.
