6:25 - arghhhh! 😂 you are just on fire with your theories so early! I've started my re-read but just under 100 pgs so will have to stop soon. Kaladin seeing his family and the Pattern No Mating scene are 2 of my early faves. Love that due to the vlog, it's imbeded all stuff in yoyr memory 💜📚
Dalinar is an embodiment-ish of Honor. Via Words of Radiance and a book signing from Brandon, the Stormfather is also the Cognitive Shadow of Honor's vessel, Tanavast. So Dalinar is bonded to the Stormfather, who is both the spren of the highstorm and the ghost of Honor
27:36- i know! I also struggled so hard on my first read as i was mourning Sah as well and i coupd not stay in Shardesmare as all i could think of was 3 yr old Gavilar abandoned in mid battle and was just needing tuem to go back and get him. Can't wait to read Shardesmare stuff this time and actually enjiy and be there for it! 😂💜📚
27:09 I have just got to the end of part 3 in my re-read and I sm really enjoying watching this as i go. You're like the Poirot of Stormlight Archive with your guesses. I am re-reading and I am still not making those connections I'm just like "oooh interesting a different honour blade" 😂 but this fits so well. I had not read Warbreaker when i first read this, but have since this re-read. Cannot recall Azure at ALL from my first read 😂🙈 I think your predictions around this character are correct as I thought they would become Worldhoppers at the end of Warbreaker. 💜📚
@AbbySalter Soooo hyped for Rhythm of War - I have just finished Dawnsharde! I'm in the stormlight zone 😃 So many things I want to see - a spin off featiring Lift, Wyndle, Nightblood and Sveth going on missions set by Dalinar is definitely up there! 😆💜📚
LOVED this vlog, nothing better than seeing someone go through this mind-boggling story for the first time. This did make me realise that I 100% need to do a re-read before book 5, because all the details and implications are already slipping my mind, lol. Don't even care though, because these books are such a blast to read. Also, I think OB was my favourite SA book so far, simply because of all the satisfying reveals. WoR has the better individual scenes, but OB was more compelling to me for some reason, I just loved getting Dalinar's backstory as well. Hope your foot is all okay again! Sending hugs 🥰
Oohh a fellow Oathbringer is my favourite person!! I would agree there are a few scenes in WoR that are peak literature but the overall feel of Oathbringer wins it for me. And maybe because I got less predictions this time.
Hahahaha loved the reaction to the voidbringers, brilliant. I had the same reaction when I first read it. Makes rereads so much more interesting. Sorry to hear you got an infection! Glad your better now
for some time i had another idea in mind about what the reason might be the Knights Radiant abandoned their oats. Still might be a thing. The humans and parshendi think they are wielding/ using spren to fight their war. But what popped into my mind was what if this a war between spren ? And the spren and humans and parhendi are just things the spren wield like weapons in the physical realm.
I am reading Malice after your review and I just feel like its the perfect series for me, Before this I have only read the first 3 Witcher books and dipped my toes in a few Sanderson books but The Banished Lands is just LOVE! You can correct me if I'm wrong, but I feel like it has worldbuilding that feels like Tolkien, with characters and kingdoms similar to those in ASOIF and the plot so far seems similar to WOT a little? If that's the case, then I think this series has the very best aspects of the very best fantasy series out there all while being very fast paced I hear and that is great because I am a fairly new reader and I can't wait to finish it! I'm at chapter 5 now!
Well, in that case, I beat you to it. Just put it down a day ago. Trying to get into Dragon Prince trilogies now. 😂 Notifications ON in hopes I dont miss your readings!
I love listening to your theories and predictions and I’m SO glad your foot is recovering. May 2023 get nothing but better from here on out!
Oh fingers crossed 2023 gets better! It has to! Can't be dealing with any other months like January.

i was so excited to watch this video after finishing Oathbringer today!
AH! I hope both the book and the video met your expectations! I remember feeling so accomplished when I finished Oathbringer
@@AbbySalter absolutely loved the video and the book! it’s my fav in the series so far. i have your ROW video lined up for when i finish the book

I'll take being the Poirot of Stormlight 😂 Let's see if that continues in Rhythm of War

Can you imagine!! A thruple in a Sanderson book...I bet there's some fantasy romance fan-fci out there of this
@@AbbySalter I think I need that fan-fic ij.my life 😉😆
32:46 agree 👏👏👏 well done Roshar Spren therapy!
Great vlog!! Happy reading to you!! 🎧🎥

Your theories are so good and fun

The voidbringers!! How did I not see this coming!?!
Thank you 💜

Re your Wit theory - Wit is Hoid. I think it’s revealed in Way of Kings?
Yes I know Wit is Hoid. I remember that reveal
I love when people find out who the Voidbringers are.
The shock!! The horror!! The surprise!!
I like this type of videos of yours 👍🏻
Thank you 💜
I missed if you read Edgedancer already. If you have great theories, so I'd like to hear your take on Lift.
I have read it but I didn't vlog it. It was in March 2022 I think.
It took me a longer time to finish oathbringer but I did enjoy it
Where is rhythm of war video pls
I need to read it first 😂 I'm hoping to get to it by the end of the year

Its been 84 years…
🤍🤍
It has been a theory of mine for a while that Unite Them is a reference to the shards rather than anything to do with Roshar
Oohh I'm not alone with this theory!!
@@AbbySalter nope! I feel like that's the end game
