I honestly hated how Reforger became a mix of PUBG and Squad, instead of a sequel of Arma 3. I know you can't make the same game forever, but coming from Arma 2 to Arma 3, you still had the same military vibe. Now, it's just a slower paced COD.

It's nowhere even close to CoD or PUBG. It's more comparable to Argo than anything and it's a testbed for Arma 4. It's not supposed to be a full fledged Arma title which is why it's titled Reforger. Bohemia is creating a new engine from the ground up which means they have to create features that the series is known for from scratch. Think of Reforger as the alpha build of the Enfusion engine. It will get better and your patience will be rewarded. Bohemia is listening to community feedback and Arma 4 will be a real treat when it does release. Reforger does have some really great features such as the way vehicles are handled, the new medical system and how radios function. It's also getting features that the series has never seen before such a more in depth destruction mechanic as well as a functioning power grid which will make night ops way more interesting!
looks great, don't have high hopes of it ever running on my PC when arma 4 actually comes out considering i get lucky when 3 runs well most of the time. great video!

I was playing as a Clear Sky sniper who was good at sneaking around at night and taking care of targets from a distance. I had gotten used to sneaking by firefights between Duty and Freedom members in Army Warehouse. I had gotten used to avoiding the military by taking the underground tunnels in Apogram. I had gotten used to dealing with fixers and paying informants to deal me in on hidden routes around major danger zones. I had eventually made my way through most of the Zone by being quiet and taking down targets from the bushes with a silenced rifle. One day I take a job from my factions fixer "Cold." He sends me very far north in order to deliver a PDA to an arms dealer named "Nimble." Easy enough, I had figured out how to get through Red Forest quickly and quietly before. After a long but mostly uneventful trek, I found myself by a bridge in Zaton, my destination. It was then that I spotted some head lamps from a group in the reeds below, readying my gun I scoped in to see who was walking around. I spotted a group of Zombies, armed with corroded weapons and armor that had burned and merged like melted plastic onto parts of their skin. I had taken out zombies before, they're slow and easy to hit, so after a few shots I had taken out my enemies before they could even detect me. After walking down to corpses to collect what loot I could from them, I noticed one of them flailing about on the floor half dead. He was mumbling barely coherent phrases back and forth to himself before I put a round through his skull. He cried out "I'm bleeding, bleeding, mom." Dear god... That's the feeling I got from this video, that's what it reminded me of.
for me the experience was like this--- U run 15 minutes it crashes, u spawn back in 15 min wait 4 to meet some idiot without micro or brain, go to town die to a bug or a single enemy.. u can feel how sad I am about reforger
@OperatorAF I think I will.. especially with this game I feel pc players have a real advantage now. Normally it's really good balanced but arma is a bit wonky at times.
