The EDP grew on me overtime. I like how it transitions from a fresh floral to a powdery woody fragrance on skin. Excited to try the Le Parfum!

Enthusiastic first impressions. I just hope this Le Parfume version is not overly woody and not emphatically vanilla.
Just smelled and got Myslf for the first time about a month ago and love it. Now I already want the Le Parfum when i becomes available here. This channel is dangerous!
Looking back at frags I bought in 2019-2021 and seeing the prices of them now is insane. The mark ups are making it so I rather just wait a little longer and save a bit more to buy a nice bottle of creed or bond no.9 ect. Designer houses need to be careful with their prices. The one thing they had going for them for so long was the fact they were cheaper than niche houses and higher end houses. So they were easier to buy but now..idk

But there are plenty of women that Love their lines!! Speaking of Myslf When YSL released last year, I purchased MYSLF Eau de parfum and loved it!!; would definitely purchase the Parfum!!

Yves Saint Laurent is still my favourite designer house. I would have bought this either way, but excited all over again.
the myslf name itself is very clever. in the center you have YSL and the M and F on the side stands for male and female.

I like the EDP for what it is, but it was a bit pricey at release so this begs the question how much more expensive is the Le Parfum going to be?

The original was a big let-down (smelled 95% similar to my gf's YSL libre). The added layers in the le parfum seem interesting though.

Ysl myslf EDP is more summer spring & fall & day … Le parfum is more fall and winter & night , but both are very nice le parfum is more spicy and vanilla 💯🔥

I had my eye on this for awhile. finally smelled it the other day. Smells like Air Freshener. The drydown DID get better but still.. HARD PASS for me

@@TheEbola it's not Bad but if you're a fragrance connoisseur who Collects fragrances... It's not that impressive. Smelling good isn't enough for me. Dish washing liquid smells good but ur not turning heads smelling like Palmolive... So I have higher expectations for the likes of a YSL
Yeah, prices have got out of hand, but damn, we keep going back for more. Or at least, I know I do. And I generally buy in retail stores, to show demand for these products. If not, they'll get discontinued.
I hope it doesn’t have that blossom scent like the edp. I really disliked that note. I really just liked the fruity orange note in the beginning but that was all. It reminded me of a new modern version of the D&G The One for men edp.
So including a vanilla note would definitely make it a lot better since everyone loves vanilla and combined with the fruity orange I think it could be one of the best.
I really would try it, but I know your taste Erica and you like powdery scents and I honestly dislike them since I overused gentlemen givenchy edp which is for me a perfect balanced powdery and vanilla scent I guess. However for me it’s like the Dior SAUVAGE edp, I just get ptsd whenever I smell powdery scents 😅
I hope that ysl myself Parfum doesn’t have it since I honestly like Austin butler but those feminine blossoms 🫠

Also, there was no orange in the og just orange blossom, or you might be thinking of bergamot. It's a citrus.
Spot on about the next level of most mainstream scents Myself is just great and a notch above the similar scents.

Honestly, I'm tired of flankers in fragrances. MYSLF was fine as it was. To me, it comes off as greedy that all these companies do this so often.
I think it can be over kill if over done, but I don’t mind a few flankers so people have options to choose from 🤔

@Zswag22 options in new creative line perhaps. There's something special about one fragrance being done well and having it become a lifetime classic. It's like we don't get time to really love a fragrance. I feel like we're speed dating. @charlescotrell1857 nothing corporate is charitable technically. What bugs me is that they don't care if it's great quality they just want sales and it removes the artistic experience from buying the fragrance. Excluding the perfumer, companies need to be more in tune with the consumer. It means something when you're spending your money on a luxury item.
When the edp came out all the yt reviewers including Erica shit all over it and then the public started to buy it by the truck load and it’s become a massive seller and then the same yt reviewers including Erica suddenly started to say it was fantastic 😂 they’ve since been featuring it regularly (some daily) in their top ten lists compliment monsters etc the usual suspects we’ve all seen them, now she’s got her hands on the new parfum flanker of it and as a preemptive strike to continue to distance from shitting all over the edp she’s straight on there with Casanova and it’s amazing oh my god sexy date night i can’t resist this there’s something about it wow etc 😂 💯 a paid advertisement, I’ve had the edp since it first came out in the uk i knew as soon as i smelt it it was good and i watched you and all the other full time don’t wanna work yt reviewers trashing it just as most of you did with Ralph’s club edp (myself edp immediately smelt like Ralph’s club edp and then dried down a bit different and lasted a bit longer, I’m not knocking Erica she’s pleasant to watch but she’s not a genuine reviewer and neither are the biggest names doing these channels, they are making money selling certain products as influencers so they don’t have to go to work for a living, they don’t have any greater knowledge of fragrances than the people watching do, they are paid to push certain products and other products that won’t pay them they don’t push, let’s be real if she didn’t like the edp of myself and let’s give benefit of the doubt and say she came around to liking it, on first sniff how can this new flanker warrant the Casanova wow oh my god sexy something so addictive etc? 😂 just recognise bs of these reviewers and by all means watch her and enjoy her pleasant perky voice and she looks gorgeous but don’t give her your money her affiliate links have already shown to be not cheaper than what you can find for yourself via google search, enjoy but be wise she’s got less knowledge of fragrance than you have and will bs you to make money off you
