This DID taste like a Wendy's frosty! I reduced the cream with half water to save on fat grams, and it didn't whip up much (didn't use enough gelatin I think) but the taste is spot on, even though I only had Hershey's cocoa on hand. (out of the 'good' stuff at the moment) Thanks!

Might try this in my Kitchenaid ice cream mixer. Seems you can adjust the recipe for Carnivores as well. Could even make a sweet chaffel/cone to use for my grandchildren! Seeing CJ’s forced smile cracks me up……my MR is the same way.

This is exactly how I make a chocolate mousse. Never added the peanut butter before though. Just whip it to a whipped cream consistency. It is super delicious and definitely going to add the peanut butter next time to try 🤤

I know peanuts are considered keto-safe, but they're problematic for a few reasons (they're technically legumes, which are not keto, and they're usually covered in pesticides during their growth and/or grown in or near fields that formerly grew cotton and other pesticide-heavy crops). Try using a scoop/single serve packet of LMNT's chocolate electrolytes instead.
Made this tonight and the texture was just right but didn't like the Peanut Butter flavor (even though I used Sunflower Butter). Will omit next time. 💖LOVE your blouse!!💖

You can substitute almond butter
I’m sure it’s better than a frosty because the full fat cream will be creamier to way better. Like decadent ice cream.
