Great stuff. I love how MVM does the 1 round format so I can see the flow of the game without a 4 hour playthrough, but that you come back for end game so we can see the types of scores.
Thanks for the round play through and scoring roundup. I understood the game much better after watching this video. The closeups of the cards and explanations for some of the iconography was very clear and informative. I’m very much looking forward to backing and playing this eventually.
@mvm David Could you just add the wild icon token to be used any time or is it meant to replace an icon during scoring? If you had been able to add it to your final scoring as a good that would have given you 5 more points?
I could have used the wild to get one of those experience tokens up one more notch for the 8 points versus the 4 points. I wasn't thinking, and she still handily won. 😁
The issue with going on a trip to Japan is that every time you plan a trip in the future, you will always think "oh but we could just go to Japan instead".
This is why I prefer watching playthroughs than reading how a game works. Seeing the campaign for this game and how a turn (or round) goes confused and scared me but this video threw that out the window. I just hope wifey approves.
