I am 62 and there was none of that when I gave birth to my 2 kids. I feel I gave birth in the middle ages! Good on you for giving tips to expecting mothers. Social media is great for dispensing useful information. Another thing that was not around when I became a mother.😂
I used depends with my second pregnancy that was a C-section and I LOVED it! I felt so much more secure about leaks. I also didn’t have worry about those stupid hospital pads falling out of my underwear and into the toilet. That happened to me while I was still recovering in the hospital. It was so frustrating. Like I’m already in pain and now I have to fish out a sponge pad out of the toilet….
My youngest is 14 but OH MA'AM!! I WISH I HAD THIS INFO WAY BACK WHEN! So jelly! 😂 *edit all mine were actually csections so i guess some of this didnt apply to me but it was still VERY EDUCATIONAL!!!

Your nipple skin and your lip skin is the same skin that is why your cream can be used for both !!
