I argue with my 16 year old nephew about whether SOME (key word some) rap is music or not. I ask, "Ok, since it's music, what key is it in? Other than the percussion parts it can't be written on a staff. Real music can be written, it has a key, sharps, and flats etc. From Mozart to Metallica a G is a G, and a E is a E."
+TPR8473 True. The background music does sometimes have a key. Because they have "sampled" it from a real song. Again this isn't applicable to ALL rap.
Thanks for the compliments! A lower action can be helpful with tapping, but really the best thing to do is watch as many videos as you can to see how others are doing it!

+Woody H rap is rhythmically based. And if you are looking for the key, most times you can find out what it is by hearing the background music
