- Victims of police brutality during the anti-government protests dubbed 'Nane Nane' are still nursing gunshot wounds close to two weeks after the demonstrations. Bison Amunga who was shot three times during the protests in Nairobi central business district, and Brian Mwangi, paralyzed from the waist down from a bullet lodged near the spinal cord are demanding for justice.
