It’s absolutely incredible. Never have I ever thought there would be a temple in Layton and Syracuse right next to each other or Taylorsville or Orem I mean that’s just unheard of.
I hope we will have some in the middle of Utah. We have an hours drive to the closest. I have been driving 2 hours to Payson every week to attend the temple. I love the temples and love being there.
I work at manhattan new york temple for a long time, i love to do the temple work, each temples so blessed our life, is more easy to receive the personal revelations at temple, and temple is house of the lord, fullfill with his holy spirit, may god blessed utah have more temples

@@Telavian In the Bible there are multiple accounts of temples (or altars built on a mountain) dedicated to God and where prophets have spoken to and receive revelation from Him. God restored those things through Joseph Smith. The LDS Church is built upon the Abrahamic faith. I think considering that Joseph Smith could have easily been another trinitarian is evidence enough to believe that he was indeed a prophet of God. He restored things in his lifetime that would have taken and in fact have taken 150-200 years to recover. Information that is crucial for our relationship with God. Doctrine and Covenants is pretty much a description of all those things and how they should be practiced and applied, in and outside of the temple.

I’ve received my own witness that the prophet and apostles have been called of God and that they serve Him and His followers. I believe that you can as well. I think building temples throughout the entire world is one of the most inclusive things any Church can do. They take the Gospel where the believers are. We can’t expect people to make trips to America just to be endowed with heavenly power.

The Anti-Mos and Ex-Mos can't stand that the CJCLDS manages the Lord's sacred funds as well as if not better than most Fortune 100 companies. I am willing to give my money to the Lord to build his kingdom. I am also happy knowing we help those in need, which may often include the critics who like to snap at the ankles of the Church and its members. I wish the critics could sleep as well at night as I do. Their fixation on an organization they are not part of is interesting but, at the same time, concerning. A new hobby of some kind would be healthier for them. 😘
The truth of the Book of Mormon does not hinge on the actions of any member. Ruby Frankie's evil actions do not change in any way how I feel about Jesus Christ, His gospel, or His church. Not because her actions were justifiable-- quite the opposite: I have faith that Jesus Christ can heal any wound, and that every unfair things in this life will be made right through Christ's atonement. We haven't had a temple announced in Utah in 4 conferences. You never know, but after this summer there are still six temples that aren't finished.
When I was born, I think there were only 13 temples in the whole Church! this is such a blessing!!!
