Skype Online Number - Calls from Landline to Skype

My wife is working for a US company but working from home in London, when she leaves a message on a clients phone in the US will it land on his phone messages? If he doesn't have skype will he just get an email?

Online numbers are not currently available in Sri Lanka, you can see a list of countries with online numbers here available on the Skype website. Otherwise if that have a computer or device with internet access then you can connect using those for free.

If my skype number is for example a Birmingham, UK number and someone is ringing my skype number FROM a Birmingham landline do they need to enter my country code for UK 0044 then the Birmingham local code 0121 then the skype number itself? Or can they just enter the skype number? grateful if anyone can advise, thanks!

I just want to let you know that they have shrunk down two countries and phone numbers that you can get on Skype at this point like for example like for example I look for number in Israel with Skype a number in in Australia they don't even have that anymore and some other numbers for some other countries and I'm just letting you know that it is a problem because Skype is closing down their phone numbers I don't know why they don't get the idiots for doing it but if you look at the the list of countries that they have now you'll be shocked I would love to hear from him if he found a Skype number in Israel on Skype through logging into the sky portal and looking for a number that way it doesn't exist I've looked 3 times it looks like Skype is limiting the amount of countries you can call that's what it looks like and limiting incoming as well as outcoming calls and limiting the the numbers that they have available that's very very bad move but that's what you're doing and may God bless and I hope to hear comments thanks
