I've been playing this game since it came out in 2000. In nearly 25 years I've never seen these. Am I that good I've never failed enough to see them, or do you have to be THAT bad to encounter them? I'm confused what exactly you're doing to encounter these hostages

I got these from the Wiki: Some characters (mostly males) appear in shooting segments only when you miss certain moves, Space Businessman only appears if the view rating is below 90%, Space Grandma only appears if you play Extra Mode and have a view rating below 90% after saving Space Captain, the Policebots only appear if you have 85%-89% views when you would originally find Space Michael and Lance only appears in that specific shooting segment.
