Thanks for your help. The pictures came over to the new document as you described, however when I made the new document into a PDF / print fille the pictures were not visible. Can you help?
Of course... If you can xlookup 'words' to get pictures..... You can also xlookup 'numbers' to get pictures.... Just need to ensure in your table, you have 1 column for numbers and 1 column for picture.
Step 1 - Highlight all of your pictures, so that they are all selected. Step 2 - Then go to Shape Format || Arrange || Allign || Allign Left Step 3 - Place the first Picture on top of the list, nicely positioned in the middle of the first a cell. Step 4 - Place the last Picture at the bottom of the list, nicely positioned in middle of the last cell. Step 5 - Then go to Shape Format || Arrange || Allign || Distribute Vertically. Hope that helps :)
I'm getting a reference isn't valid error. I'm using a dynamic table so I can add information later, but it still looks it up. =XLOOKUP(B48,tblxmodel[Model],tblxmodel[Picture],0) I use this as the defined name and when I try to rename the image I get reference isn't valid error. Please help
hm... what name did you use? there are some names which were 'reserved' thus you can't use them, so that they are not inconflict with other standard formulas or functions
Amazing!! Thanks for sharing

I'd love to... but haven't done something like that before and will need to try to replicate the scenario when I have spare time next weekend.
