Chip has been calling plays from the sidelines for forever. What do you think he's just going to get dumb about it all of a sudden? And they've got Drevno, put him up in the box. Highly experienced O line guy and OC. He's their new Kevin Wilson basically. Settle down Nevada the sky is not falling
Both running backs have big play ability... Neither one needs twenty-five carries. IF THEY AVERAGE 17+ APEICE. That's 35 on the defense.. You can't tell me they're not gonna get several big plays in fourth quarte to seal games.. They might not have the carries, but the yards are more important , especially big touchdowns
Hey Kurt and Nevada, I think it also just depends on what works better for your team. I played corner at the D2 level and I will say we started the season with our DC in the box and DBs coach giving the sideline play signals but there would be some miscommunication once we came to the sideline to discuss plays. So our DC became the on field signaler with the db coach in the box and that was a much better fit for us for the rest of the season!
Kirk, our RB's cannot keep being hit before they even get to the line of scrimmage! We need to pick up these guys crashing down on us, I believe it is the O-Line issues!
I hate HATE this!! Kelly needs to be up in box!! So he can see the whole field through his own eyes!! He will still have direct communication with QB!!!
Chip will stay on the sidelines to be seen by the tv cameras and fans, not so much if he’s in the booth. That’s how he stays in the conversation and feathers his nest.

Unlimited coaches so they can put eyes up there that are reliable that aren’t full time coaches
