My favorite videos of yours are the ones that take your established "fast paced follow instructions and look where I tell you" concept and add a twist to them, with this one being my favorite yet! Trying to follow your inaudible instructions was actually really interesting, as was the staggered way you talked sometimes.
I like the "look at my eyes" trigger so much. To see both eyes you have to unfocus your sight just the right amount. It's super challenging to incorporate bits of peripheral vision into the focus point, and keeping it there actually requires some control. Really a flow inducing trigger. Keep incorporating that one. It's good! :)

I can hear the rain and I noticed the audio improved! The asmr sounds were more tingly :) here’s some other things from this video I loved: 1. you getting distracted. would love to see more of this. it creates more variety of content, I love the pace, anticipation, and getting a break from focusing 2. spit painting :) you’re like miss manganese without the chaos. I like that I know what background, toys, and even look you have each video bc the consistency is relaxing. but still, you’re just as fast and distracting. with very few mistakes!! I’m always amazed at how well you keep up. 3. popping the candle and finger toys in the frame DURING the focus games. they were so cute and distracting. I wanted to look at the orange one so badly hahaha. 4. gratitude journaling :) I love how you incorporated this. I think there’s potential to ask all kinds of questions to bring people to more awareness. I think this is my favorite video of yours. Thanks for being awesome!
