in todays video I did one part visual triggers, followed by a brief intermission of blinking triggers, then finally an eyes closed portion 😌
I tried to make sure I included the eyes closed triggers on screen just in case you want to watch this video with your eyes open too!

You should watch softlygaloshes’ most tingles you’ll ever have series! In her more recent ones, she has literal tingle breaks, but the whole series is based on that concept. I highly highly reccomend :)

Thanks for bringing the comb trigger back! I really enjoyed that and the visuals and sounds when you pulled off the filters. As for the sounds on the sheet with four shapes I could take it or leave it but I did enjoy the game itself
It's almost been a year since I started watching your videos before sleeping and it actually help me a lot. After me and my gf broke up I was unable to sleep at night I used to be awake till 3-4 am in the morning and during those times your videos helped me a lot.
