Gemma...I rarely post, but have been a long time subscriber. I adore your vlog's, even as a GenX with no kids, & have followed you for many years. I am infuriated right now. Unless you specifically ask your followers for input, people should keep their assumptions, opinions & narcissistic comments to themselves, especially involving your children, but honestly,, full stop. They should just tape their fingers together & butt out. Why people feel the need to express their unsolicited opinion on things of no concern to them is beyond me. You have graciously chosen to share your life with us & people should just be kind, grateful & supportive. You are a wonderful person & an amazing mum & you spread so much joy. Thank you for that. It is 100% up to you if you want to continue sharing your children with us. While I enjoy updates on the littles, I would not fault or judge you if you decided to keep them private. It is YOUR life & decision & no one has a right to have any say regarding that except for you & Jamie. Gemma, I have a PhD in Education (was a teacher for a long time and then a university academic) and I can tell you that there is nothing that people could point at with Noah. Everything we have ever seen of him has been fine. I can't imagine what they could be saying. You're lucky to have such a little boy. ❤

Lovely Gemma, I have a 15 month old daughter and I don’t share her online. I couldn’t be prouder to be her mummy but the online world we live in doesn’t need to see her every move. I share pictures of what we are up to and the back of her but to this day, I’ve not shared her face. I feel very protective about this and I get comments all the time but it’s my decision not to share her. I always think, if people want to know my amazing daughter, they can make the effort to get to know her in real life! I appreciate this isn’t the case for you but you do what you need to in order to protect your little family. We will be with you every step of the way ❤

This is spot on! I completely agree with you! They are a lovely family, who are truly and genuinely happy. They have such a beautiful, joyful and peaceful home life, and it shows. People with negative heart issues have a really hard time watching the love they have for each other. It fuels the flames, which causes them to lash out. Beautiful girl, firstly you need the biggest hug. 😊 You do what feels right for you and your family. People will always be negative or jealous in some way. Your babies are your life, and you'd never do anything to jeopardise them. Honestly, you do you and do not care what others think. You don't plaster him all over social media. Like you said, it's a very small portion of him. And you sharing your 'real life' may help others in a similar time to you with toddlers. Always remember 'it's ok not to be ok' no matter who you are. And you are never negative, even if you were to ever be a little negative, people would understand, as this is also real life and you will resonate with others when you are showing a more vulnerable side at times. No one is positive 100% of the time and that's ok. Just as long as you pick yourself back up and keep smiling. Live in the present and don't worry about things you can't control. Too much time is spent overthinking and worrying about things and others, that you can't change. This is something I've learnt over the years with counselling etc, as I too suffer with anxiety. I have chronic depression & anxiety but your channel is a breath of fresh air and I love everything about you & your beautiful family. My mum always says to trust your instincts when it comes to our children. I'm a single mum and some days are harder than others but if you need to take your children away from nasty people online then you do that Gemma!! You can't stop the nasty people but you can protect your children from these comments. Some people have too much time on their hands but you're in your last trimester & you don't need the stress. Firstly, just want to say I love this vlog! Seeing the Easter festivities was so heart warming to watch as I currently have a 7 month old. I am so excited for him to do the things you guys are doing with Noah 🤍 also, I hear you 100%. Pregnancy is HARD and the hormones that come along with it are so intrusive sometimes. Please just listen to your gut and do whatever you feel like you need to do in regard to protecting your family. That mama bear instinct is so real and it’s so natural to want to protect. Either way, people will still love you and love to watch your videos because we adore YOU. Protect your piece at the moment and take the breaks if you need them. Your mental health is important and a lot of people can relate to you needing breaks. As a mum of 4 myself, I've had many people make assumptions and interfere when it's not necessary. The mum guilt is a real thing that only escalates when others are quick to judge. I don’t think it’s hormonal at all, you’re protecting your child and there is nothing wrong with that. Firstly, Im glad you are beginning to feel better. Secondly, you are a fantastic mom, and your child, soon to be children❤, are the greatest gifts that make your heart whole, and of course, you want to fiercely protect them. You need to do what's best for them and you. From the videos you share of Noah I can see that he is a very smart little boy and seems to be developing quite well. He has excellent motor skills and seems to be developing critical thinking skills quite nicely too, as he is able to figure out how to complete a task. He quickly figured out how to get the yummy chocolate eggs from the flower pot. All children develop at their own pace and those whom are uneducated in such matters should keep their ignorant comments to themselves. On another topic, I absolutely LOVED your bathroom! Hi Gemma I hardly ever comment but I've watched ( and re watched and re watched 😅 ) many of your videos over the years and I love the homely feel to the videos you make, I'm here for the cooking and I do love a good clean with me, and whilst it is a real joy to see Noah I don't think I'm alone in saying if you choose to keep that part of your life separate all the love and support would still be here. I think proper maternity leave would be a fantastic idea as you need time for yourself and your growing family and most people don't bat an eyelid at this, yet it seems content creators always have to be 'on it' We'd miss you of course but some things are more important. Unless you specifically ask your followers for input, people should keep their assumptions, opinions & narcissistic comments to themselves, especially involving your children, but honestly,, full stop. They should just tape their fingers together & butt out. Why people feel the need to express their unsolicited opinion on things of no concern to them is beyond me. You have graciously chosen to share your life with us & people should just be kind, grateful & supportive. You are a wonderful person & an amazing mum & you spread so much joy. Thank you for that. It is 100% up to you if you want to continue sharing your children with us. While I enjoy updates on the littles, I would not fault or judge you if you decided to keep them private. Lovely Gemma, I have a 15 month old daughter and I don’t share her online. I couldn’t be prouder to be her mummy but the online world we live in doesn’t need to see her every move. I share pictures of what we are up to and the back of her but to this day, I’ve not shared her face. I feel very protective about this and I get comments all the time but it’s my decision not to share her. I always think, if people want to know my amazing daughter, they can make the effort to get to know her in real life! This is spot on! I completely agree with you! They are a lovely family, who are truly and genuinely happy. They have such a beautiful, joyful and peaceful home life, and it shows. You do what feels right for you and your family. People will always be negative or jealous in some way. Your babies are your life, and you'd never do anything to jeopardise them.
Honestly, you do you and do not care what others think. You don't plaster him all over social media. Like you said, it's a very small portion of him. And you sharing your 'real life' may help others in a similar time to you with toddlers.
Always remember 'it's ok not to be ok' no matter who you are.
And you are never negative, even if you were to ever be a little negative, people would understand, as this is also real life and you will resonate with others when you are showing a more vulnerable side at times. No one is positive 100% of the time and that's ok. Just as long as you pick yourself back up and keep smiling.
Live in the present and don't worry about things you can't control. Too much time is spent overthinking and worrying about things and others, that you can't change. This is something I've learnt over the years with counselling etc, as I too suffer with anxiety.
There is no rule book to follow, or expert in my opinion. You are an expert of your life and children.

I'm a single mum and some days are harder than others but if you need to take your children away from nasty people online then you do that Gemma!! It’s not nice to see anyone straggling but is at the same time so u don’t feel like your alone cos sometimes all u see online is happy people having no struggles and sometimes that gets me down. Dear Gemma, do not show your kids. They will thank you for it later in life. They have no say and they should. People can be so mean and vicious. Keep it about your life, your style and all you do - just w/out showing them directly. Lots of TH-camrs do not show the faces of their children. So it is just fine. When Jamie asked you the time and it was 8:40 you said ‘but it’s really 7:40’ 😢 This brought back memories of my Dad (we lost him in 2021) suddenly and he always used to say this when the clocks changed. Firstly, just want to say I love this vlog! Seeing the Easter festivities was so heart warming to watch as I currently have a 7 month old. I am so excited for him to do the things you guys are doing with Noah 🤍 also, I hear you 100%. Pregnancy is HARD and the hormones that come along with it are so intrusive sometimes. Please just listen to your gut and do whatever you feel like you need to do in regard to protecting your family. That mama bear instinct is so real and it’s so natural to want to protect. Either way, people will still love you and love to watch your videos because we adore YOU. Protect your piece at the moment and take the breaks if you need them. Your mental health is important and a lot of people can relate to you needing breaks. As a mum of 4 myself, I've had many people make assumptions and interfere when it's not necessary. The mum guilt is a real thing that only escalates when others are quick to judge. I don’t think it’s hormonal at all, you’re protecting your child and there is nothing wrong with that. Firstly, Im glad you are beginning to feel better. Secondly, you are a fantastic mom, and your child, soon to be children❤, are the greatest gifts that make your heart whole, and of course, you want to fiercely protect them. You need to do what's best for them and you. From the videos you share of Noah I can see that he is a very smart little boy and seems to be developing quite well. He has excellent motor skills and seems to be developing critical thinking skills quite nicely too, as he is able to figure out how to complete a task. He quickly figured out how to get the yummy chocolate eggs from the flower pot. All children develop at their own pace and those whom are uneducated in such matters should keep their ignorant comments to themselves. On another topic, I absolutely LOVED your bathroom! Hi Gemma I hardly ever comment but I've watched ( and re watched and re watched 😅 ) many of your videos over the years and I love the homely feel to the videos you make, I'm here for the cooking and I do love a good clean with me, and whilst it is a real joy to see Noah I don't think I'm alone in saying if you choose to keep that part of your life separate all the love and support would still be here. I think proper maternity leave would be a fantastic idea as you need time for yourself and your growing family and most people don't bat an eyelid at this, yet it seems content creators always have to be 'on it' We'd miss you of course but some things are more important.
