Really good content. Would you please consider not having background music when you’re speaking. Maybe it’s my age, or my tinnitus, but I find it hard to follow what you’re saying. The hammock looks really practical and comfy, however as I’m a couple of stone heavier than you I would personally class it as a train wreck option. I don’t know if anyone has ever died via hammock but knowing my luck I’d be on that list. 😂
Great video and funny way to get in and out the hammock. Brilliant. Very good progress in weight loss. Keep going Pete. New challenge for you its cold showers for 14 days up to minutes. Shockers
@@slawomirpyzuk1961 cold 🥶 showers for 14 days? You trying to kill me? Lol I am already fasting 72 hours a week because of you !! 🙃 Glad you like the video.
"...,and my knees are crossed and my eyes are old and bent" (Monty Python). Good on you for pushing through the discomfort, hopefully things will get easier as you get fitter.
That was amazing. Had to laugh at your graceful exit from the hammock. Well done on the weight loss, so proud of you. Can't wait till the next instalment. Xx

Good lad losing the weight and discovering wild camping. I’m 64 and got back into the camping about a couple of years ago. Good luck with the channel (and the weight loss). New sub.
excellent vid. good to see you set the hammock at a sensible height, only set it as high as your prepared to fall, under blanket and a quilt would work best. my go to ridgeline for tarps is this th-cam.com/video/Sipxc4jFI9s/w-d-xo.html th-cam.com/video/ND4sGPAqAMQ/w-d-xo.html always have a tight ridge line and easy to undo and stow away, no fidling with knots, especially when its wet. some really useful content on that channel, most of it is survival related but still great info.
@@leonbarnes1402 Nice, thank you I will certainly take a watch. I realise I have much to learn about this and much more out there, but it's great to feel the drive and energy again to want to get out there and learn. Thanks again for the advice.
