    Thanks mam for this wonderful video. As soon as I see your videos strangely my anxiety disappears and my mind is flooded with positive energy. Your explanations are very soothing and convincing. I stopped taking clonazepam which I used to but I'm completely fine.

    Mam belif system past experiences sa banta h....agar past experience Acha na hu....aur ap change bi na kar sakti hu....toh situation continuous stress dati h....is condition mai jb koi ap sa beyond expect bat karta h...toh mind reactive hu jata h....how to handle this?my mind cells are weak.i am reactive person
