It is a rarity here in the states for ANY abandoned property not to be ransacked, destroyed, etc. It always amazes me to see abandoned places from around the world that are left untouched, whole, and absolutely beautiful.
I don't guess they have meth heads as bad as here. Lol!
The copper thives are the pos that makes it where we can't enjoy urbex or any exploring here! I'm in Alabama, and I have never found any place worth exploring! How bout you?

This place seems like somebody is still taking care, no tick dust, low grass and every thing are in its place like waiting someone to come back. Maybe it's the bank's property.
That's what I thought. I feel like someone still checks things out every so often. I mean the electricity is still on. It's kinda sad though. It's so beautiful a shame

Loved this video. And Dave some of us who have been watching for a while know what lovely blokes you and Mark are. None of us would ever believe you would spray paint anywhere. You have far too much respect for the locations you explore to do such a horrible thing.
All I can say is OMG...how can folks afford to abandon such a beautiful place? All that beautiful stuff just left behind. It's shameful how wasteful. Keep up the good work guys, love your videos!!! I do like the more antique stuff though. 🤔🤫😁
All the abandoned places that are in good shape could be used for the homeless and poor. It's been proven it is cheaper to help people with low-income housing than to have homeless or house poor. The cost comes from their poor health mostly.

Beautiful mansion.. so sad to see nature overtaking it and the mold ruining it. Just to have stayed there as a guest in it's hey day would have been blissfull. I'm so glad you and Mark got to take us along this wonderful explore. Safe travels.God Bless you both. On to the next.

This place is in unbelievable shape. It’s a rare treat to see a place that hasn’t been damaged by time & especially from vandals & the such. The rich dark wood, the furniture, the details, every single thing is absolutely exquisite. This is definitely my all time favorite find. I want to move in yesterday! An incredible find, job well done. Incredible just incredible. Thanks for sharing.

What a great explorer Dave and Marky! Absolutely stunning. It looked like some parts are being taken care of and other bits they fled. But from what? Would love to find out the history on this place and how old it was. Couldn’t believe the power is still on. And that second little place with the gym in it… Amazing! Storage unit of sorts. The architecture was fantastic! You know you just can’t get that replicated anymore. That was when they had actual artisans. Thank you so much. Of course you’re not gonna spray paint you have ethics as do most urban explorers who do it professionally. It’s the kids oh I shouldn’t generalize. It seems alot of these places that have such great craftsmanship always have the same problem. The roof system always fails and end up destroying everything. Sad. Well done boys!!

That place is spotless. It's definitely NOT abandoned.
This place is so beautiful how could these just people walk away and just leave it. With the exception of a few room this place looks as though they could open this place back up. OMG! the mannequin in the bed covered with a sheet was so freaky and Mark taking a run on the treadmill was to die for. Thank you for taking for us along for this awesome explore, take care and can't wait for the next explore.

What an amazing place. I wish I had the money to purchase it and refurbish it.... I would never leave. I love the glass of emptiness. The living room area is awesome. OMGosh that dining room.... LOVE YOU BOTH!

Looks like it's been empty for over a few years maybe at the start of the pandemic they had to shut ....garden looks un kept a great place hope you find out the history 😀

It's good that it's not been vandalised, they must have house keepers coming in to clean it. Sometimes if it's a 2rd- 3rd home, as they would cover the furniture over to keep the dust off.
I live in Cumbria and we have several hotels closed due to covid, that looks over the different lakes
