- Join me for a 25 minute Morning Pilates and Ballet workout. Enjoy this fusion of ballet, barre and standing pilates exercises which focus on strengthening and toning your legs, core and back. No dance experience needed. This session will be a mix of both standing pilates and easy to learn ballet exercises with a beautiful ballet twist to help you feel elegant, strong and flexible. An open level class suitable for anyone who enjoys pilates and barre workouts and would like to try a dancers style Pilates workout.

I loved this standing pilates and introductory ballet workout. I would love to see more workouts like this that are ballet focused. It was a little challenging on the balance, but that's a good thing as I really need to work on that. Thank you!

Thank you Rachel 💕That was interesting and different. It doesn’t look like much of a workout but it really is when I’m doing all the stretches & balance work. Chilly, rainy morning here on the Atlantic coast of Canada. I wasn’t too graceful this morning but with practice I hope that will improve.
This brings out my little girl pretend ballerina! I love this workout, I’ve always attempted those very difficult barre workouts and found them so discouraging and intense. This workout is so lovely and effective!

I too have loved your ballet inspired sessions. The 25 mins went really quickly. As the movements are all so new and I am not very coordinated it would help to have the first couple of moves done very slowly so that we had time to get our feet etc in the correct poition, though ofcourse we can always rewind! Thank you.
Really liked the ballet aspect of that, although I need to work on my balance! Thank you Rachel for always keeping it fresh and interesting.

Finally was well enough to do this video. My arms were tired at the end. Ever so hard to keep your arms in ballet position without allowing them to drop. This was delightful to do, and very manageable. Definitely saving to do again.

Hi, I reall.y enjoy your ballet classes and I look for them. I have arthritis in most joints. I had a knee replacement last year. When I bend my knees it is sore, but I can't get on the floor. I work through it Will I get the same benefit?. Sorry I am going on. It is helping my balance, I have a leg length difference, so it a challenge. I am very pleased I found your channel. Keep doing them thank you much.

Absolutely loved this! Thanks for such a delightful session - had to hold a chair for several bits due to balance issues, but your prompts, especially about feeling base of big toe, little toe and heel on the ground, really help with right side ataxia. Before brain surgeries, I would not have to think about movements, but now it’s harder to get muscles, limbs to do what I want! Thanks so much for that, you’ve helped me in so many ways over the years I’ve followed you, beyond my
Neuro rehabilitation.🤗❤

Good afternoon Rachel I tried to do the video class, and I managed for about 10 minutes. I started coughing and chest hurting, so couldn’t continue. I think I did too much physically yesterday, while recovering from my chest cold. Saved for another day.

I enjoyed what I could follow of this. I have fibro and brain fog so I find some new moves hard to compute. I really enjoyed the one where it’s a bit like yoga tree pose and then point to front, side and back. That one tested my balance and I’d like to return to see if I could improve. Thank you x
