A TV crew with local search and rescue workers ran for safety as the tremors brought down a residential building. Locals could be seen emerging from clouds of dust. The second earthquake occurred less than 12 hours after the first, affecting people in major cities across Turkey and Syria. The death toll is at least 1,500 people and there are thought to be many trapped under rubble.

Listen to your favorite music, watch your favorite videos, and get rid of your own anxiety.
After a big earthquake, you may continue to feel like you are shaking even though you are not shaking. When you say that, put a glass of water where you can see it, and you can rest assured that it is not shaking.

I lived through the 7.1 Earthquake in Mexico City 2017, I can't even imagine the people of Turkey living through it and the aftershocks.
I hope they receive all the help they need in those times.
