The home is cozy …….. but those colors got to go😊 it would be a nice home for your parents, grandparents. Thank you for the tour Tim, I appreciate you sharing.
I really, really like this floorplan!! So often the kitchen is sacrificed for space elsewhere, but the kitchen was very serviceable. The bedrooms were a nice size and the living room was large enough to have guests without feeling cramped.
Hey Timothy! Good video! Not a bad house. There are some things I'd change, of course. Just my usual. A fireplace in the living room. Move microwave. Don't need a dishwasher, so put cabinets there. Need gas cook stove. One of guest bedrooms tuned into my Library Office Room and the other one into my Music Studio Room, soundproofed. A handicapped tub in the Master Bathroom, and a seat in the shower, if we keep it. A garage out back door. Build storage unit in the garage and a Pantry. Porches all around to the garage. Carpet in the living room and bedroom. Don't know if we'd have a basement or not. Still it's a nice house even without my changes. God bless you and your family, Timothy!
I like this floor plan a lot. As a single retiree, it’s plenty big enough for me. Just a few minor changes such as switching the bifold closet doors to sliding. And paint is one of the easiest changes to make, I would never let existing wall color be a reason to dislike a house. However vaulted ceilings can be a problem for retired folks like me when it comes time to change light bulbs and smoke alarm batteries. But that’s just my situation. This house would definitely be on my short list if I were in the market.
Outside of not having a walk-in pantry I like this floor plan it is really cute and I would probably opt for a basement and have it finished and possibly have a screened porch and carport off the side door.
This home is adorable! I love the way its decorated. I was thinking that I have heard comments about rockers on porches primarily from people who live on the Eastern side of the country. I'm in Oregon and they just aren't really something I see around here. Chairs on porches sure but not ROCKING chairs. (Just a thought for today lol) As I said I like the decor in this home. Seeing how the living room furniture is set up a little off center gave me an idea of how to re arrange my own livingroom portion of my great room. It has actually never occurred to me to set it up off center! (MY livingroom is a riddle. It has 3 walls but NO corners!) I think with the two little closets by the addsitional/kids/guest bedrooms I woukd m probably give each bedroom their own closet for storing things they don't want to stick in the regular closet. (Since there is already a dedicated linen closet in the bathroom and the entry has a closet that we presume to be a coat closet) The kitchen is cute. It has enough storage without being over the top. It can be well organized and someone like me who has mobility issues could still cook in it with out having to walk a mile just to prepare one thing. It seems to be well laid out. I like the laundry room and the master bedroom is across the hall from the back door. (no sneaking out that door kids lol). The door is also in good proximity to the kitchen for say bringing in groceries or BBQing. I also like the location of the master bedroom. I know people complain about them being right off the livingroom a lot. In this home it's not. If the dont want to hear the washer or dryer then they just have to time things so they will be done when they arent trying to sleep But my daughters are roommates and live in a town house that the master has the laundry in the closet. They have discovered that it can be very soothing to listen to the dryer. ( It's kind of funny my youngest loves there with one of the twins but originally moved into it with the other one. It is TRULY awesome to have our children grow up to be be friends!) This master bedroom is laid out well too and a great size. I LOVE the light switch for the closet being triggared when the door opens or closes. The only CHANGES I think anyone would really want to make would be 1) wood racks instead of wire... that's minor and something that is SO easy to do yourself if you choose to later. And 2) Tiles in the shower in the master bath. It wouldn't mean changing the size or anything. It would just have tiles. I'm not sure how it would change the price to opt for tiles. But those glass shower doors on tracks aren't all that cheap. SO it might just balance out if soneone went with say tiles but not the doors and used a shower curtain instead. For me I see the tiles in the shower as more of a cosmetic thing . So really it's not a big deal one way or another. If you dontbhave the shower door on tracks then its easier in my mind. I PREFER shower curtains. I hate cleaning those tracks!! ( same with sliding doors. I love the light but prefer a French door to avoid the tracks) Because a shower curtain is a fun way to decorate that can be changed easily and often with the seasons. Or even with our moods and I keep mine closed to allow it to dry after showers. Plus I think it looks better that way than having a guest use my bathroom and she all the mess that can be in mu shower at any given time from bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc but then there is razors, shave ctram or gel, loofah (or as we call them at my house bath poofs), my shower seat, the list goes on! We went to a hotel years ago that had a dispenser on the wall for shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc and I bought one for my shower on Amazon and that cut WAY down on the mess! But I like to switch up my products so there are always bottles anyway. I don't like clutter and dint want people to see anything that is left sitting out. Obviously we aren't going to put our shower products away after every shower when in our own shower ( no that's something left behind with college or roommates) All in all I love this home .
Hello thimoty this is a amazing home this is a amazing lay-out i love the living room its Nice and open and al the bedrooms and badhrooms are a desent size This home is a litle bid expensive but its a amazing home thank you for showing us this amazing home Thimoty Stay safe and God bless Anja
Definitely would want a traditional style fireplace in the living room between those two transom style windows, either gas log or wood burning with a natural dry stack stone facing And hearth.
Hey Timothy this is a Cute House. 3 Things that I would have Changed In the Master Bathroom, I would have added a Double Vanity. And I would have wanted another room for an Office Space., Added an Garage, But evidently it's a Homey, Adorable Cutie, like this one an awful lot😂😆
The kitchen looks like it would be a good one to work in, everything nearby and easy to reach. I would have a problem with the bi-fold doors because my cats insist on opening every single one all the time. I end up going around closing doors all the time, lol.
At only 30' wide, this home is ideal for a narrow lot. At less than 1500 sq ft, I expected the secondary bedrooms to be tiny and was pleasantly surprised. I like how they tucked little closets everywhere they could.
Close to perfect! My only complaint is having the dishwasher kitty-corner to the sink. And maybe ditch the master tub for shower only, and enclose the commode. Other than that, pretty sweet. Can hardly wait to downsize!
There are a lot of things I like about this one. I really like that the ceiling is vaulted over the living area and the vault is centered over the living room. It would be nice if they had atleast a partial vault over the small guest rooms. I like the colors. Their not colors I would choose but they really compliment the home. Not a fan of the doors but they probably have options. The layout has a really nice flow. I have seen others with the offset living area and they always run the bedrooms all to the same side. I like the master behind the kitchen rather then on the side. The balanced 3 windows to each side of the front door really looks nice. I also like the way they staged the living room furniture with the sofa at an angle. This is nicer them some of the high end tripplewides.
Home is actually much larger inside than what it looks like on the outside This home is very nice and has a great efficient kitchen and lot's of storage throughout the home. I wonder if it's possible to make a change in the bathroom in the master and make the tub be in the area where the toilet is and the shower be where the tub is and the shower space be where they put the toilet. That's how I would do it and get a bigger shower. Thanks for the tour.
I was so excited to see a normal size home. I love the 3000+ sq ft home tours but this is more realistic for me. I do wish it was not decorated though because the larger homes that you tour are much more my style. This little home could be styled just as well but it is so hard to envision that with all of the stuff here. I am suffocating as you walk through the front door.
i love how the golden rod yellow and the olive color work together even with the blue in the guest bathroom, but the pink in the guest room doesnt work with the olive, other than that i would take it including the furniture its gorgouse and just the right size for me i have a guest room and a office 👍
Pretty nice! I like color in a home. Could use a few upgrades like WBFB some faux beams in the ceiling, tiled tubs & showers. 85/100 (Also, could we see the log cabin?)
Love this house especially the master bedroom in the back but like others have said, interior paint has got to go (but you are in Packer country so it explains the green & gold). Seems like a lot of wood accents which leans toward old decor feel. Paint a few walls & doors and the place will sparkle.
Cute space but it looks like I stepped back into the 90’s. With the rugs , wall colors and decor. Also my mouth dropped it cost 350k for that home😮 husband and I bought a 2800 sq ft home. 4 beds 3 baths , 2 family rooms dining room kitchen for 345k . Wow where is this located?
Nice small place. I'd like to see it just a bit longer though to add room to the Master end of the house. I'd say add 6 feet. I'd want the basement stairs a foot wider. Minus that foot the bedroom then would become 17 x 15. The Utility Room could use the extra 5 feet for more storage...the bedroom door would be moved over a foot due to the wider basement stairs so the Utility Room would only get 5 feet. The Master Closet could get 2 feet. The 4 feet left in that area could be added to the Master Bath. I'd have to tub removed and make the shower large, wide and deep. Put the toilet on the same wall next to it. Then the vanity could be a double sink with a tall linen closet next to it. I'd want the front porch deeper. Attach a garage. If people need one so bad use part of the Utility Room as a Pantry...there would be room if the house were added to as I'd like. Just adding something. If a garage was attached perhaps the washer and dryer could be moved to they are not on a shared wall with the Master Bedroom maybe keeping somebody awake. Then make the room a Pantry and storage...plenty of room for a freezer.
Hi Tim, Jen, and boys. This is a really cute home. I love the outside color. The white really show cases this home. I love the inside. It’s cozy and open concept. The kitchen is my favorite room. Even though it has a soaking tub, I didn’t find this home serviceable…. It only has 3-4 drawers, and no place to relocate a microwave to; very few cabinets also. Sorry Tim. Blessing you and your family. Miss Teena
Overall nice small house but the colors are horrific. Definitely need to change the colors. Otherwise not too bad. Thanks for showing such a diversity of homes. Stay safe. ❤️❤️
It looks like you wouldn't be able to use the dishwasher why rinsing off the dishes in the sink. Weird but otherwise nice but the closets are in weird places.
Lovely home, however, I'm not a fan of pendant lights. The color scheme is not my taste. Also, I would prefer the kitchen cabinets go all the way up to the ceiling.
$308k?! Plus land?! Wow. I guess only rich married couples can get a nice house nowadays. Been shopping in the $155k range and it's all condos built in 1977 that need $70k of renovations and mold removal. Depressing lol guess I should just marry the first guy I see in order to afford something decent
Nice house but hard to see through the terrible decorations and furniture. Looks like the got it from an abandoned cabin from the 80s😂 I think it would look a lot more modern if the just painted all the walls white as well, would make the spaces look a lot bigger
Great floor plan, but the colors and furniture are about 25 years out of date, which really detracts from the presentation. Plus those tiny closets everywhere is a miss! Too bad, because with a style update this place is adorable and very practical!
Don’t like the fact they always put a cabinet over top of refrigerator you can’t get to. I for sure change the color of the whole house. Just saying when you walked in I thought of vomit. Small storage no pantry. Hmmm no
Definitely would want a traditional style fireplace in the living room between those two transom style windows, either gas log or wood burning with a natural dry stack stone facing And hearth.
I mean if a rug bug could be snug… but idk

I miss the tour crew song
The home is cozy …….. but those colors got to go😊 it would be a nice home for your parents, grandparents. Thank you for the tour Tim, I appreciate you sharing.
Nice home, great tour !
It's a decent size and has everything one would need. Not everybody needs a big giant home.
Love the house might make a few interior color changes but overall I love it. Enjoy the video short sweet and to the point
I really, really like this floorplan!! So often the kitchen is sacrificed for space elsewhere, but the kitchen was very serviceable. The bedrooms were a nice size and the living room was large enough to have guests without feeling cramped.
This is a PERFECT home! So charming! I love the eat-in kitchen, that says "home" to me. This one is just wonderful. Thank you!

I’d add a fireplace to this one too Sharon. Hope you are having a GREAT WEEK 😀
I kinda like this one. It's got a 60's -early 70's decor style that's been modernized which gives this allot of homie charm imo.
Floorplan at 2:03. Great as a starter home. That is a cute exterior!
Interior decor/choice of colors is hard to take.
$350K for a starter home....these are sad days
Im not a fan of the funky oldschool style but I love the layout. Very impressive.
This is the first home in a while that caught my attention as much as it did. Lovely floorplan. But that price tag gives me nightmares
I absolutely love this home!
This small home actually looks beautiful!! I am shocked how much I like it!!
These homes keep improving. I'm impressed with the comfort and function.
I like this floor plan a lot. As a single retiree, it’s plenty big enough for me. Just a few minor changes such as switching the bifold closet doors to sliding. The Decor is my idea of a Farmhouse....Love it all except the pink...😊
Outside of not having a walk-in pantry I like this floor plan it is really cute and I would probably opt for a basement and have it finished and possibly have a screened porch and carport off the side door.

Super cute cottage! It would be perfect as a beach or lake house. Build it on a slab, the stairwell makes an awesome storage room.
FINALLY!!!!! YEAH !!! Boomers want little homes!
Yes it was a very nice and cute home ...with a very nice decor
Hello thimoty this is a amazing home this is a amazing lay-out i love the living room its Nice and open and al the bedrooms and badhrooms are a desent size

Such a cute home.. I love that layout
Definitely would want a traditional style fireplace in the living room between those two transom style windows, either gas log or wood burning with a natural dry stack stone facing And hearth.
Love, love, love it!!!
Absolutely adorable! Love the layout! Perfect for hubby and me.... colors would change....I think.... But I be love the warmth they convey.
One of the best floorplans ever! Nice to not have the master right off the main living area.
I would add a fireplace, some wood beams across the ceiling, and dark colored window frames.
Hey, hi Timothy, this is an amazing home indeed! Cheers Mate!
The kitchen looks like it would be a good one to work in, everything nearby and easy to reach. I would have a problem with the bi-fold doors because my cats insist on opening every single one all the time. I end up going around closing doors all the time, lol.
Perfect. Just what I need. Unfortunately I live in Texas.

LOVE this one! 🥰
For one to three people the cabinet to the left of the fridge is a perfect pantry
Nice floor plan!!!
Super Cute!!
This is a. Cute cozy house
This is a lovely home, and thanks for sharing
Love it,would be just the right size for me n my daughters n our dog.

Like that green paint
All the tiny closets are weird but I think I like them.

Put French doors in where dining table is at. Bedroom is called light rose.

That is perfect home .. Not too big, not too small.. Just Right !
Not bad for something like a vacation home at the lake.
I loves this 🏠 house
Nice and cosy
I’m trying to reimagine it in my mind with different trim and choices of colors…. I’m having a hard time saying yes to this one.
Friendship WI awesome name and cute home 👍🥰
Perfect for me... except l do need a pantry for all my appliances.
Nice small place.
I'd like to see it just a bit longer though to add room to the Master end of the house. I'd say add 6 feet. I'd want the basement stairs a foot wider. Don't do laundry when people are sleeping
Nice.
Would never have a house where kitchen sink view is a wall. Other than that the floor plan is nice!
Like it!
Wrap around porch time!
Whew...these home prices have to come down soon. Cute little house though...
I wish there was one with just 2 bedrooms and only 700 or so sq.ft. Set on a basement foundation.
Some of us live alone.
I would call it staging instead of decorating the home
Hi Tim, Jen, and boys. This is a really cute home. I love the outside color. The white really show cases this home. I love the inside. It’s cozy and open concept. The kitchen is my favorite room. Love the master bedroom. The bathroom is really nice. This is the perfect home for downsizing. Or for a starter home. Tim great showing and narration! Have a bleed week!
how in the world can you load the dishwasher? Looks like there is very minimal space to stand once the dishwasher is opened?
Nice home but don't like the brown bi fold closet doors or trim, I prefer white
I was sold on this home until I saw that the attic access was in the master closet. Can't understand why it's not in the hallway or in the laundry room.
In the next one, we’ll see Timothy’s face,
so he will show us a modular place.
There's been a home that you heard that you just can't forget about that you really would like to own?
If I could pick any with unlimited funds Birdie it would be a slightly larger version of the modern farmhouse by Natural Element Homes. I’d want 4 bedrooms with a finished basement and an office. I love the vaulted ceilings and double sided fireplace with the porch. That’s my ideal one that I’ve toured
Color scheme brought to you courtesy of Tupperware, circa 1978.
Stay safe. ❤️❤️
😂😂 awww they aren’t that bad lol… okay maybe a smidge
This a a nice craftsman home the color palate makes the home looks dated. I would change the interior color and upgrade the decor.
Would definitely have to change the colors! Too much money for this house!!!!!!
I LOVE THIS HOME JUST CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE WOOD BUT I LOVE THE HOME
The economy is going down the toilet, who can afford $308k ?
Where is the back door. ???
Great layout but that’s a lot for a little home. I just looked at a similar size home, and including the lot it was only $289,000.
I agree. Lots of money for the square footage you get, and then you have to buy the land to put it on.
$308k for a damn 1500sqft home. what the hell
Why so expensive?
Nope on $308k, especially with the materials they finish with
Nice house but hard to see through the terrible decorations and furniture.
Sorry wouldn’t buy it. Doesn’t how a wow factor for me
Love it! But the only problem is I like my kitchen sink in front of the window.
Thanks for sharing yet; way over priced again lol.
Darealdeal
Don’t like the fact they always put a cabinet over top of refrigerator you can’t get to. I for sure change the color of the whole house. Just saying when you walked in I thought of vomit. Small storage no pantry. Hmmm no
I agree!!!😄
What do you buy $400 worth of groceries a week?
Actually, It's still TOO BIG!
Don’t like their color choices. Looks outdated.
Ck
Ontrg living one on
Definitely would want a traditional style fireplace in the living room between those two transom style windows, either gas log or wood burning with a natural dry stack stone facing And hearth.
