I just ordered my CZ’s and I’ve been putting it off , because I’m a little nervous 😬. But I know I really need to go ahead and get to it. So I guess I’m just gonna have to jump in there. Maybe today will be that day!! I’ve watched so many people flush set and it seems that everyone has a different way of doing it. And I kinda like well which one should I do?!? Lol 😝 I guess I’ll try them all and decide which I like best! Thank you so very much for the video ❤️ it’s really nice to see someone else just starting out. Kinda gives you the feeling well maybe I can go ahead and do this. Ya know! When you see all the people that have been doing it for years and years they just rush through it and everything it so perfect. I would rather see when someone makes a mistake. It makes them seem a bit more human or real I guess. As we watch people online or on tv it’s so easy to forget that they are also just human and they are just like me and you. They started somewhere also. But anyway, I’ll stop rambling on and on! Lol 😂Thanks again 😘

Can you do this with brass, which is harder metal?

It's good that you left in the one that didn't make it. It helps I think to see mistakes as well as progress.

Debbie Minter, yes, that was my line of thinking too. Every Stone doesn't set perfectly so I think it encourages others to try when they see other jewelers make a mistake. Thanks for your comment.

mikejiron77 let’s say your gemstone was 2mm, you would want to use a burr that was slightly smaller than your stone. Remember, you need to have the stone click into place so slightly smaller would be best.

@@stickerdesigngal if your stone is 1.9 mm which burs would you use?
