They get they worst students, house helpers for timepass schooling to tell their parents that their son/daughter is being sent to school, those failing from private schools or expelled from private schools and yet good results are expected. Yes the problem of proxy teachers should be made criminal offence and frowned upon. But please make a video on govt. round pay system with the teachers too.

All the experts, professionals are about the making of a teacher. Including ur profession as a youtubber... Personally many work 10 times harder in a govt school than a private ones.
