Si podes, pero es un TOXO no un cristal, osea tenés el cristal y oscilador en elismo encapsulado, si te fijas en las mother de computadoras es común encontrar osciladores de este tipo o encapsulado metalico que andan x los 100mhz y caen dentro de las fm comerciales, si querés un poquito más de alcance la antena hacerla de un largo de 1/4 de longitud de onda , eso lo calculas dividiendo 300 sobre la frecuencia del oscilador y a ese resultado dividilo nuevamente en 4 ese valor está en metros, pero la modulación va a ser en AM , se va a escuchar muy bajito y un poco distorsionado, saludos.

Of course the frequency will be stable, but the modulation is AM. I used the old generation studio microphones, FM. Scheme: Frequency modulator 14.5 MHz Frequency doubling stage (29 MHz) Reference crystal oscillator (35.5 MHz) Frequency converter + frequency detector (6.5 MHz), Low pass filter The voltage at the output of LPF was used to adjust the frequency modulator Second stage frequency doubling (58 MHz) Output amplifier and antenna.

i'd say in the neighborhood if you have a solid shortwave receiver or something with a good directional antenna. it's really sufficient for the voice.
