I'm about to buy a 50cc quad for my Son. But I'm not sure which one is best 2022 Yamaha YFZ50 or 2022 Suzuki Z50 ? He is 6 years old?

Both are great bikes. There would slight differences which would be barely noticeable. I personally believe Yamaha makes better quality bikes, Suzuki isn’t too far behind.
