I wasn't really convinced about using the road plates till I saw the shot when you'd resurfaced the whole section. It looks great and so much better than just studs.
I love the new boat dock design. I think the smooth surface and the simple addition of street lights really helps the area look more polished and finished. My one suggestion would be to add a landscape buffer of some sort on the left and/or front of the gas station to suggest some separation and break up the sea of gray.
you need to add a bunch of barrels, crates, and crab traps and other things to your dock! Make it feel filled with life.
Hey Jordan, watched this after your live art stream so that explains the disappearing moustache! Really enjoyed this video, good variety of content. Going to check online for the City GWPs after this then definitely need to order some art pieces... Boat yard looks much better using the road plates, can't wait to see it developing. Laughed out loud when you were pondering about running the cable then just decided to finish the Oilers art instead 😂😂 Great work

It might me something as simple as Mrs Bricksie not really liking it … or shaving it off in solidarity with his Oilers after they were swept (as you may know, it’s a Canadian tradition to let your beard grow during the playoffs and shave it all off once it’s over). He’s too classy to throw his wife under the bus if it’s that she didn’t care for it.

The Boat Yard looks brilliant.
A cat 6 enthernet cable are not to be longer than 99 meters and that long only in extreme surcomstances or they will start loosing data. That is why there not made longer so getting a full box is for installing network cables in houses offices and such

I'm glad you shaved. Are you going to do a shorter bookcase in front of the electric panel now that you are moving it to redo the cable, it shouldn't be hidden behind a tall bookcase.
I didn't say anything negative before but I am so so happy mustache (alone) is gone ❤️. However! If you want facial hair maybe try a goatee, much nicer. Thanks for your wonderful channel, we watch with our kids every day and love the Lego city videos the most. All the best.

I work in the A/V industry and we make our own ethernet cables with the thousand foot boxes of wire and crimp on connectors. I can make you a custom length cable and send it to you if you like
I have idea for ramp you can you use design from new lego train but change with plates
Maybe you could make a sidewalk along the road pates too

when you mean software do you mean the drivers? sometimes windows can be stupid with laptops, try updating the network adapter drivers.

From a business aspect how do you bill your hours in events like running the Ethernet cable for Bricksie? I love the Lego side of the videos but also intrigued on the business side of being able to run the corporation. I’m probably alone in that sentiment, but having a hobby that you turn into a business that in the States you could write off parts of your house, car, gas, and get paid for labor is a win win situation.
Maybe you can run the cable under the floor?
Buy a power line adapter. Saves the hassle and still gives you an Ethernet connection

You can buy a wifi adaptor to put into your laptop in the lan port,or you could get it repaired probably the wifi board has gone if not in warranty buy part and replace yourself not hard let TH-cam show you how.

Why can't you drill a hole through the bottom step of your stairway, and feed the cable through it, then the cable can run through the harry potter room then your eventually going through the wall where your mini figures are?
Nice update. I did indeed take the 20min walk to the Lego store from site in London but massive disappointment the PAB 🧱 was not available under remodeling upstairs 😢.
