This popped up in my feed since I did the same thing and have had all sorts of problems tuning. I thought the kit had extra gaskets... After watching this, I didn't put the outside gasket on lol Good thing I kept it and will install it this weekend! Thank you! 😂

Nicely done - simple, spoken in plain English, no wasted space and dumb music. Thanks!

Always best to work barefoot, that way when you drop something sharp/heavy or you step on something sharp you can easily spot where your injury is!

Hello.. Thanks for sharing this video.. My blower starts normal with full speed but it turns off after 10-15 mins.. looking like due to heating and runs again next day after cooling... any suggestion?

Not sure, but it makes me wonder if the gas cap is not venting well and it is dying because the gas that is being used is creating a vacuum and not allowing more fuel to flow down the lines. Try loosening the gas cap. When it dies does it sound like when it runs out of gas?

What's the other adjustment knob for next to the block?

One's for High and the other is for Low speed. The one close to the block is for speed at low throttle and the other at full throttle.
If either is out of spec. The blower will either start and shut off or bog down at full speed.

I'm in my 2nd season with it. It doesn't seem as powerful as the winter. Any issues like that?

That might just be a carburetor adjustment. If you get it running and start adjusting the carb you might find the sweet spot that provides the best power. I think over time mine has seemed to have lost power as well. The carb replacement definitely helped that.

If your carb is tuned lean it will run hotter causing the motor to prematurely wear out! Running lean robs it from the needed lubrication from the oil you add to the fuel!
