Toyota camry ( 2011-2016) spark plugs replacement

How to change the spark plugs of Toyota camry 4 cylinder engine. This is applicable for most Toyota camry and rav4 with 2.5l engine ( 2012 -2019) . please always make sure to confirm the correct size and replace with oem or equivalent parts. check vehicle user manual to locate correct part number.
In this vehicle ( 2016 camry LE ), it was suffering from poor idle , lack of acceleration, and occasional stalling of the engine when idling. The car didn't throguh a check engine light, but from the symptoms, it was determined the vehicle needed a spark plug replacement. Since it's been more than 100k miles, the plugs weren't changed .
Upon the spark plugs replacement, the vehicle has a significant change in performance and idles slightly better than before and stalling of the engine also didn't occur as of now. please change your vehicles spark plugs and coils around 80k-100k miles.
