Whats Up Guys! Welcome to todays video!! Today I want to talk about another TH-cam being arrested for makin.g TH-cam content. MAX WRIST was arrested recently relating to an older video remade. Just like the. GIXXER BRAH incident this video was old and got police attention which led to a charge being filled by the police. Does this signify the death of fun on TH-cam!? Whos next? And how can we. keep ourselves out of trouble!
That’s what you get when you record yourself breaking the law! You show your speedo on camera going 2x the limit! You are just begging to get caught! The insurance companies should catch them too…I’m tired of paying higher prices for the goofs in life.
Comparing Max and GB to YN is like comparing two Quarterbacks to a sportswriter.

What part of "Anything you say Can and Will be used against You in a Court of Law" did you not understand? Making TH-cam videos which show willful, unlawful conduct, are reasonable objective evidence for law enforcement to use against you.
In Max Wrist case he was into willful and reckless, which makes multiple misdemeanors rise to felony charges. Max knew the risk, and finally got charged, no one cares about his legal entanglements, he brought them upon himself.
It has not been common to charge based on TH-cam videos until recently. I hope the trend does not continue.
I just found out that Maxipad had been arrested. I typed it in YT search, and I found this channel.
Law enforcement has only just begun cracking down on this. More arrests will happen. I have been trying to warn other riders, only to have them scoff at me. The days of riding like Ghost Rider are over. Quite honestly, they should be. There is no good reason to be riding that fast on public roads. I would not be shocked to see crash test goat be arrested soon. He runs from the cops often. That's just like poking the hungry bear, sitting next to you, with a stick. You can't keep doing that and get away with it.
So glad i never gave into the fad of self snitch riding with a go pro... I remember the days before gopro and youtube too! Fly under the radar kids, its rabbit season 🐿️

@@Paramoto959 Don’t get me wrong, I ride fast in the mountains (and on track) as well. But when make a living from posting illegal activities and ultimately glorifying this kind of riding, which will inspire more people (especially the young) to replicate what he’s doing. These videos don’t do society any good.
@philsb9388 you make good points we do have responsibilities as more mature riders to set an example for the younger generation. These guys have kinda painted themselves into a corner. They’ve made a name for themselves for being reckless. Without that they’re gonna have a hard time maintaining viewership.
There's still a lot of guys that do crazy shit and post on yt. As long as there's an audience for it, it will always be relevant and entertaining regardless of what the law says or thinks..

Care to elaborate on why Maxwrist was in prison for? It’s easy to find articles outlining his previous conviction on Google and I’m just curious if you genuinely have no idea or just choose not say his charges on TH-cam? They’re pretty dark

Look, it's like a bank robber filming his robberies. It's dumb to show all the crashes you cause, all the lives you risk, etc. post it on the internet, and then be shocked when you get arrested. You don't want to get arrested for going 150 in a 50, blur out, or better yet don't show your speedo. Max is known for all the crashes that happen around him, to his followers on group rides with him. Coincidence? I think not. And then to ask for 10,000 for bail when it'll only cost you 1,000, that dude is just a pos abuser. And Yammie came back because of the millions a year he makes off his 9 videos a week, merch shop, and everything else.

You donate money for bail, and he gets it when he shows up to court.

It is definitely coming to the near end... I'm living in CT and they will come for you if it's against the law... that's how they are catching up with All who play with gun's, fighting and racing and posting on Facebook TH-cam.....they Will be coming for you so Play Smart..........
