In my exam question was asket limit test of heavy metals. I wrote down the limit test of arsenic since arsenic is a heavy metal . I indicated it in the answer sheet that ''arsenic is heavy metal , so this test will show us how limit test of heavy metals like arsenic is done''

It's not used as heavy metal dear actually it is a heavy metal itself and it's used here as standard reference as per Pharmacopoeia
