After his research was stolen, The Blight was lured into the Realm of the Entity by the promise of new, forbidden knowledge. The new survivor is Felix Richter, an eccentric architect with a unique vision. Returning to the mysterious island where his father had disappeared, Felix descended into the darkness beyond and was never seen again.

For those that don't know, blight is a plant disease, typically one caused by fungi such as mildews, rusts, and smuts. And considering the Blight got the orange juice from plants it makes sense. Hope this helps confused.

The power looked stupid to me at first but everyone who’s played on the PTB has claimed he has the best mobility and is ridiculously fun. With a few small changes I think he could be a very fun pinball-like killer.

His power looks absolutely horrendous. However his perks are good, especially the last one. Maybe make the last perk part of his power instead of a perk, so he’s the only one who can do it. And boom he might actually be a really good killet

@@silverquis It is a large challenge making interesting killers. They probably wanted to use the concept of an agile killer that leaps from wall to wall but they mixed this with a character that has fascinating lore.

seems like survivors will have fun
he also has the best mobility in the game if you dont count freddys limited teleportation, and on top of that can hit mulitple survivors faster than any other killer

what i said is that they picked the fatigue from nurse, mixed with the running of legion, and made so you'll need to smash a wall before hitting someone for 1 damage state.
any good surv that knows how to 360° can easily escape this guy, not only that but dead hard counters him perfectly.

I think people who throw around the word "toxic" are poor sports. I have 400 hours in the game and if someone is a bit annoying, it's fairly easy to work around it. You need skill and patience. The game is about the game, not the sparse instances of annoyance.

Man, I really want "The thing" for DBD... Imagine how cool that would be, posing as a survivor then transforming into The thing when the survivors least expect it.
Cool idea but it would be easily counterable by SWF
The developers have commented on that power idea a few times in some of their streams: of being able to disguise as one of the Survivors. It simply cannot function in an effective way, so they've permanently scrapped the idea.
The Legion trailer looked like that would be his ability but instead they just meant you could vault really fast

Hex: Blood Favor is basically the "Anti Pallet" perk a lot of pallet eating killers will probably use from now on. And Hex: Undying will probably be a part of every Hex Build now.
Also here's what i think of The Blight's Power: *GOTTA GO FAST!*
Blood favor should be reworked to where if you, the killer, get within a 10 meter range of a pallet it gets blocked for let's say 5 seconds. But it has a cooldown of 30 seconds and it's not a hex perk. It would give killers that get looped hard a better chance. For example, the pig

I mean it's not even about escaping the killer anymore cause every time you get close to a survivor they pallet loop before dropping it on you!

When you think about it with a bit of map awareness The Blight can make a mad dash to the survivors like The Hillbilly only hitting a wall doesn’t stop him
so know we littarly need to "dash" in wall, if pallets and doors werent enough
Great can't wait for killers to run blood favor and the totem is literally up the arse of a crow, yet when I use it it's literally in front of the survive with friends.
Yeah, that's partially why I don't use hexes. Too big a gamble sometimes. It's less painful if the killer's base-kit is already amazing, like doctor, but I don't understand how some people run shaman builds.
He kinda just reminds me of legion but I wish me had a creepy scary killer like, a scarier clown..who has a scarier laugh then cough all the time lol or something maybe like another michael Myers , just a creepy guy like candy man maybe

A killer that can see survivors auras pretty much the whole match except maybe a few exceptions idk, but is soooo slow, slower than every survivor and has to sneak up on survivors to kill them. His first perk is slow but steady, so he can not get flashlighted stunned by a pallet on him and he can see all hooks around him. And all survivors become into struggle mode if u hook them while this perk is activated. no matter what unless this is their final hook then they die. This perk. U can use it once per game and lasts for 25 seconds. The second perk is Breakaway, so survivors can not get saved from the hook, unless someone gets the attention of the killer or they cleanse a totem complete a gen or mess up a gen sabotage a hook, etc anything that shows The killer where u r. This only works while everyone is on their first hook not in struggle mode. And the last perk is called the overseeing eye or knowledge, where as soon as u start the match u see everyone’s perks of near their player icon for 20 seconds and then they disappear. So u know what They have
A killer that can fly, not ridiculously, but hover a bit, overlooking their surroundings. It’s not indefinite tho. You can stay in the air for like 10 seconds at a time, while their air movement speed is pretty bad, and u can only use this power idk every like 30 to 45 seconds I’m not sure. So u can fly over pallets, above walls, etc. you can fly while carrying a survivor, and your power gains 10 seconds back when you knock someone down. And when you kill someone, u can use ur power for 20 seconds and it automatically comes back no matter what time on the cool down it was at. His perks would be Revenge, whenever a survivor or generator is complete, he can one shot knock for 7 seconds. His other perk would be a Team Tyrant, where If a survivor gets injuried, all everyone becomes Injured for 7 seconds. And his final perk is First impressions, the first time he meets a survivor in the match they can not use any perks unless while they are being chased. This happens the first time he meets every single survivor.
Also one where u swap places with The nearest survivor, and this power has a 30 to 45 second cool down. His perks could be Stay Away. Whenever a survivor is injured and they escape from u, if they meet up with someone and get the reunited bloodpoints both their auras will be revealed for 15 seconds. And if using this perk with this killer it also happens when u swap places with someone. Not today, when a generator is damaged a lot it becomes unusable until another generator is complete. It is possible for every other generator to get damaged and if That happens the hatch immediately opens, no matter how many people are left. And the final perk is Final destination, when the gate becomes open, u see everyone’s aura for the rest of the whole match.
Also pls add a double up mode, where there are 2 killers, 8 survivors, u have to complete 10 gens. There is still only one hatch tho. And there are 3 exits so the 2 killers can’t just camp at both exists. But 4 exists is too much.
Jeez these are really good ideas I'm surprised you have such little likes for the amount you put the perks especially would balance greatly into the game and great names as well for them

All these guys are way too overpowered especially the perks you are saying, because if you know how the game works, you can put teachable perks on other killers. I mean the ideas are cool, unique and innovative, but would completely ruin the game. Keep coming up with ideas tho, sounds like you could give the devs some ideas even if they are completely crazy.

@@DowntheDead I think the power is actually good but not focused in chase loops or tiny buildings but open maps. You can get to gens and travel the map very quick with letal rush tho

His power is just for map pressure to get to gen to gen not chases but he can cut survivors off when they try to run to another loop tho only problem is the hitbox and the crappy turning after you bounce off a wall and go for an m1 you can barely turn our control the basic attk so dumb

Nah imo he'll be just a little bit weaker than Oni, theoretically he can use his ability whenever he wants, he just takes an extra ram to do an attack. Which power wise limits his abilities to the transition period between loops. Oni so long as he gets blood orbs can utilize his ability in most loops and during transition you're just screwed

In the PTB from what I've heard (I'm on console) the camera was really low. Like Legion in feral frenzy mode low. But from the looks of it they lifted up the camera a bit. Then again the PTB version was a week late version of the blight so the current version is probably different than what it was before
give us survivor mains new op perks too tf. all three of those killer perks were ridiculously good and useful. survivor perks we have like 2 different versions of those perks already
