Soft and EASY nougat NO EGG Simply recipe

In this video I show how you can easily make Soft and easy nougat WHITOUT EGGS. It's a simply recipe to make. Some of my lovely subscribers have asked if I could make a recipe with soft nougat without eggs. I tried to replace the egg whites with the juice chickpeas are in. It was a big success, it turned out exactly as it should. Soft, chewy and super delicious. The recipe is simply and very easy and it turns out deliciously soft every time. If you would rather use egg whites, use one egg white instead of 2½ tbsp. chickpea juice. I hope you have a lovely day in your kitchen making nougat without eggs.
