Stop wasting your time with people that do not care if you live or die, work on yourself and look for people that treat you how you treat others, with kindness and good communication. Make time for yourself to recognize when you are stuck in a bad friendship and if it can be salvaged or if it is an impossible task, accept that some friendships come to an end and make peace with it.
