TY for what you do! I just discovered u today. I'm an instant fan. U are very fair & thorough in exploring all aspects of the products. U are very pleasant to watch and listen to. I'm glad I watched b4 purchasing!!! I have a bad back, but knowing how long I'd have to work with the product to get results... I'd rather keep doing allowance for my 13yr old to help me bc she's more thorough with the swiffer than this mop seems! Plus she's learning more ab housekeeping thus becoming more aware of cleaning little by little after herself rather than letting areas get out of control. I look forward to watching your ARTIC FAN video! I'm super interested in it! Keep doing YOU pretty Lady!

Your review saved me money and disappointment!! After seeing the commercial i was so close to order it, my common sense made me to look at reviews first. YOURS was the most detailed, perfect and honest one! It stopped me from ordering, because i could SEE the issues and realize that the commercial is misleading in many ways. Great help, thanks Christina

I just use a spray bottle and spritz the floor with cleaning solution. Nothing will clean without liquid. It cleans well with this method. I had the same issue with the pads coming out of the washer a bit frayed. I put the pads into a mesh delicates bag and no more problems. I thought my washer was just aggressive. It's definitely a manufacturer's defect now that I've seen your review. There definitely needs to be an improvement. I live in my RV and a mop and bucket takes up too much space. This is perfect for tiny home living. Thanks for the review!

I do have issues with mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming as I need both knees replaced. My sister purchased this motorized mop and I found it to be quite helpful. But I used cleaners not just water when using it. I just purchased my own & I'm waiting for it to be delivered this week.

Thanks for your very unbiased review of this product. You must have been an high school teacher. Your review was very objective and thorough. I was considering buying this mop but with college kids and young grand kids running around my home, this mop may be overworked. especially the cleaning pads. I will reconsider and compare others like the BisselL Spinwave Mop. Keep up the good work. THANKS

Ya I said the same thing. Especially with the jelly. Most people don’t use just water when mopping and would use a cleaner/chemicals to break up the muck. I usually dilute a cleaner with water as we have fake wood ( laminate) floors that were put in before I bought my house. So I don’t want them to get ruined but I need to sanitize them to keep my sanity lol. Otherwise I feel like they’re gross to walk on barefoot. I’m a bit of a germaphobe :)

I appreciated this review. I've seen versions of this product in WalMart recently and I was considering for my place, in which I have a concrete first floor and bamboo on the other two levels. Mostly, I was considering for scrubbing the concrete. But, I think I will stick to just mopping. It's faster. This ended up being just another gimmick. So thanks!

Maybe the washer was a little too harsh? LOL! I was also wondering if anyone has asked you if you had tried "hand-washing" them? Also, instead of spraying the pads FIRST, I've been spraying my natural hardwood floors w/ Murphy Oil. They do come up shinny but in the large traffic areas...dull! Your thoughts? Thankyou!

Did you try any sticky stuff with cleaner instead of just water? I can totally see why the floor was sticky from the jelly if you only used water. Most people use a cleaner/chemicals.
I do appreciate this review though. I had juts boughten two of these on a whim but didn’t check out any reviews before purchasing. Got one for our household and one for my mom for Xmas. We both have back issues even though she’s had one surgery. I had two. So I’m really hopping this will be easier. I used swifter mops but I still have to put a ton of pressure on the mop which causes too much pain. My steam mom is ok but I wanted to try something different. They should get delivered by the end of this week. I’m anxious to try mine.
Anyways thanks for all your tips and for reviewing it. It was definitely beneficial for me.

I think they used jelly and flour as examples as to what it can pick up. Our floors get sticky occasionally if one of the kids drop/spill crap and jest leave it. Teenagers!!! lol or my boyfriend has spilt coffee with creamer and he used a paper towel to wipe it up but it left the floor sticky of course.

Those are some crappy looking pads, considering all the different microfiber cloths available. You could probably fold some better cloths around the wheel and staple up the sides or even sew up the edges to make your own with minimal effort. But there are also better spin mops available by better known brands that do offer their pads for resale. Or you could just start with a better known brand. I know I’ve seen another version on QVC. All in all, I like the idea of the spinning heads over a Swiffer Wet Jet. I’m not sure why Swiffer hasn’t put out their own version of this; one that you could simply slice a standard pad in half with scissors and toss out when done like you usually would. But maybe Cathy could try that in a future video with a Swiffer Wet Jet pad stuck to the Velcro on this device.

You definitely have to rent your pads just like you would do with any other mop peryou can't expect a mob to clean the whole floor without Rinsing the mop it at all. That's just common sense. those little mop heads will not do a whole kitchen floor they will become extremely dirty I need to be ready Dunked in water and squeezed out . I think this is more for a quick clean up in case you spill something and you're not able to bend over

Thank you for the review. It's just sad that that guy was paid by floorpolice to lie and lie to the public.

I believe if a cleaning product was used instead of just water the results would be different. Additionally, the directions states 'prep pads...Spray your favorite cleaning product on pads.'

This is a mop not a broom, I don't have one but I would sweep before I used it on the floor to sweep up the flour and dirt as for jelly I would use a wet paper towel. Who would spread jelly on thier floor??? You might drop a bit but come on. However the pads after washing them I saw they looked, pretty bad 🤔

You only use water if you would have used the cleaning substance then that jelly would have came up.

I needed something to clean my shower. I was disappointed first of all that you can't wet the floor police, so it defeated the purpose of me purchasing it . So, I decided to use it for the floor which a couple of dozen sprays (which unlike the swiffer jet mop actually does) it still does not make life easier. It's a mop, you should be able to use more liquid if you really want to clean the floor. I regret this purchase. I tried to cancel the order when I found out it would be 2 payments of $40. I only wanted to spend $40, which there were other spin mops at that price that I feel would have worked much better. I give the floor mop a D, not an F because I am sure I can find something to do with it.

Too many new stuff you buy from the adverts always hype them up and doesn't always live up to your expectation Deffo use a cleaner not just plain water to clean with it

I'm betting the I know who the "someone" that was coloring on the bathroom floor is. Had it been me, I would have tried attaching a couple of those magic eraser sheets to the bottom rotors. JOTD: talcum powder, sunburn, death. (actually, I know the right answer too-well)

This mop sucks I am so disappointed it’s slow and leaves smudges It’s over priced as well now that I have used it : even the polishing pads are useless / Not happy with the purchase at all but shit happens and I have learnt my lesson : I am buying a mop today that you dip in the water and push along and it will be cheaper ! My advice would be forget it !
